We loved our visit. The food was delicious . The staff was so friendly. It was a little loud. Also I recommend making a reservation. Definitely would visit again. Thanks for a great time!

It’s a pretty cool place located on the second floor in the Pike Street marketplace. They have a great selection of rare bourbons and some tasty snacks. We had the baked fontana and some tots loaded with a fried egg, gravy, and pulled pork. The snack was nice and hearty. We also had their smoked old fashioned, which was delightful. Overall, a fun place to check out.

Run, don’t walk, to your experience at radiator Whiskey. What a treat, this was an excellent evening. As an out of towner, I will be back here on my next trip to Seattle. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The cocktails were all delicious, and would order any of them again.

The pigs ears were delicious! Never tried them before but the spices and texture were awesome. Do not sleep on the baked cheese, my goodness! The garlic, onions, cheese deliciousness, should be ordered post haste! I also ordered the BBQ pulled pork, and as a BBQ connoisseur, this was very solid and beyond my expectations.

The smoked old fashioned as well, be sure to try. This will have more smoke than you were expecting, but totally worth it, they continuously smoke the whiskey, and it lives up to its name.

If I were local, I’d be frequenting this spot for sure. Hope to be back on my next trip out.

Whiskey Sour with Maker’s blend was incredible..Bartenders are all so sweet!!
We work in food industry and they gave us industry discount as well.. We also got Mushrooms as our appetizer, Beef Short ribs as our main course, and lastly to pair with the crazy deep fried Bread pudding which is out of this world!!! We are all super happy that we went. We will not forget about our experience at Radiator Whiskey and will recommend all of our friends and family for future trips to Seattle.

We ordered the 1/2 pig head a week in advance. 7 of us at the table, 6 from Hawaii, that poor pig did have a chance. Deep fried ears, lots of meat and the nephew ate the eye ball for a free shot of whiskey. We drank and had a great time. We will be back.

Hidden in the Pike Place Market, what gem place to eat great food. Had the hanger steak and brisket, needless to say everything was great. The staff were very friendly and sociable, they were knowledgeable of the food and drinks. Definitely going back again. We reserved our table, so, we had no wait.

Over the year, I’ve visited this place intermittently, and I must say they have consistently delivered exceptional whiskey drinks. The food offerings are also quite yummy, although the prices tend to lean towards the higher side. While the service may have been a bit slow at times, the staff remained friendly and accommodating overall. If you happen to be a whisky enthusiast, this is a spot worth checking out.

As a BBQ connoisseur, this place was actually decent. The food is good, the service is great, the drinks are excellent!

I have to be transparent… I was not in love with all the dishes. But that’s fine. Doesn’t mean this is not a good place to go.

Musts… must like beer, bourbon, whiskey. Must like real rock music (loved the music selection). Must be real… don’t come here expecting some high end, pretentious spot.

Radiator Whiskey: A Seattle Gem Worth the Splurge

Radiator Whiskey in Seattle truly delivers an experience that makes it a must-visit, despite the inevitable Pike Place Market-adjacent pricing. From the moment you step inside, the incredible atmosphere transports you. Hats off to the designers – the space exudes a unique, retro charm, cleverly incorporating reclaimed materials like flooring from Seattle’s first boiler and old bleachers from Nathan Hale High School. The stunning 10-foot barrel frame behind the bar, holding rotating whiskeys, is a true centerpiece, handcrafted by John Muscat of JM Woodworks.

The service here is truly top-notch; attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcomed and well-cared for. And while the prices might make your wallet wince a little, it’s a worthwhile indulgence for the overall package. The food, though perhaps not the absolute star, is consistently good, featuring a hearty, meat-centric menu with standout dishes like the pork belly burnt ends. Complementing the delicious bites are the well-crafted drinks, particularly their impressive whiskey selection and creative cocktails. Radiator Whiskey offers a memorable dining and drinking experience that lives up to its reputation.
