So I had to pull over into a spot to my right to wait for burnt bread!
Also they didn’t have any coleslaw so they gave us extra fries– some of the fries –were very fresh and good … while the others were (old fries)

Zaxbys is hit or miss sometimes. I guess it depends on who’s working any day. This time, it was a hit. The fried chicken philly sandwich is delicious. I recommend trying this sandwich. Also, they have fried cheesecake bites with a raspberry sauce. Delicious again. Chicken taco are good, the portion was too small

I came inside to order my food because the parking lot was full of ice. We were traveling and decided to stop. My sister who was in another vehicle waited 10 minutes before going through the drive thru, ordering after I did. Over 40 minutes and no food. My sister ordered 5 plates and was out the drive thru and I never received my food. Every car in drive thru which was at least 5 cars behind sister all got there food before me. On top of everything the woman employee was rude. I asked for a refund and left.

The absolute worst service and food ever. The girl at the window was rude and was cursing. We ordered a #6, (20 piece tenders fries and toast). We were told 8 minutes for fresh tenders. We didn’t receive fresh tenders, we received hard, rubbery, cold tenders. The fries were so salty and the bread was cold and hard.
I’m beyond disappointed in the service as well as the food. Some much needed training is due.

Alex is great. If it wasn’t for her my rating would be much lower. She is a great employee, and has great customer service. 5 stars for her. UPDATE-2023 The prices have gone up, but the quality and quantity has went down. I sent 33 dollars on 2 wings and things and a baby funnel cake. Smh Alex must be gone lol. I got a kid’s meal.

Got stuck in the line for 30 minutes. Then had to pull in a parking space another 20 min to get my food. No apologies for the wait or anything.. almost an hour. Their line has a large curb so I wasn’t even able to leave or get out of line. Do not recommend:( food was mediocre.

Very Disappointed in Zaxbys! Service was horrible. The girl at the window tapping her fingers impatiently. Then she forgot to give a drink, didn’t say anything. Just plain rude. Then when asked for the drink she meanly gave to and slam the window. The chicken was HARD AND DRY!

I wish I could tell you if food was good. We sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. Could tell if people were even taking orders. I finally got to the speaker & waited for 3 minutes. No one said anything. I, the people in front of me, drove off as soon as the line opened. I went to window thinking maybe speaker was down. Sat at open window for 30 to 45 seconds. Someone came up to widow & stared at me. I asked if the speaker was working & she said ya, I was about to take your order. I said sorry about that, can you take my order here. She said I would have to drive back around to the speaker. I said, for real? She said yep. I left. 15 minutes or more for horrible service & no food.
