Staff did an amazing job during the rush! Management instructed staff to apologize for late orders but clearly you could see how hard they were working! Great job! Food was fantastic, restaurant was clean. Location is busy which is good. This establishment in particular is better than other locations in my personal opinion from experience. There are some bad performing employees at the other locations and this one trumps the other spots. Shout-out to Nevaeh for the hospitality and diligence

We went thought the drive through an I really just wanted taco . But I seen the gremlins midnight meal so I was like cool free air freshener and a cool sauce. We got our food a there isn’t either the sauce or the freshener . I was upset because I could have got what I really wanted. But the food was made. The girl Doria said that they didn’t have any more and that it’s posted on the DT ! No it wasn’t .

When we tried greeting one of the young ladies (who was yet to acknowledge us) she said “we’re busy” and nudged her head towards the self-kiosk and said “you can order there” all while avoiding eye contact. We’re used to “we’ll be right with you” or “give us a few minutes” but I guess that’s not normal at this Jack in the Box location.

Why are the tenders so darn delicious my kids are addicted to the chicken and waffles. The morning team Rules in customer service, it was the lady’s birthday but she made me feel like it was my birthday.. keep up the awesome work I will be back tomorrow

It’s around night time the line gets long and I understand it’s a rush but I also don’t understand why they make us pull to the curb and wait for 15-20 minutes for them to make our orders. They just pull us to the curb so that their time system doesn’t mess up on them. Instead you (supervisor) reading the reviews how about you go help them out.

Service was awful, I ordered on the kiosk and the lady that took my payment seemed to be annoyed. Missing one of the kids meal, then missing their juice. I asked if I could please have spicy sauce and she said “aren’t they next to the drinks machine? To which I said no, “there are none.” And with the same disrespectful attitude she handed over a container for me to leave them. I will try no come back to this location.

Went here a while back and had an experience that just stuck with me. Made my order online. Received my order through the window. I’m glad I checked my bag before I left because I was missing a fry. The window person told me I was not missing anything. I showed her my receipt, explained to her that I ordered an extra fry, and after her huffing and dirty looks, she gave me my fry. When we got home and took out our food, the large fry she gave me was less than half full. I love going to this location but this customer service and treatment I received was horrible. I’ve sent a complaint to corporate and have not heard anything back. I was sent a survey and requested to be contacted. After a while, they closed this complaint and nothing was done.
