Overall a lovely coffee shop! Swinging by from Chicago I tried their coffee, split a scone, and my daughter had a cupcake.
The service and atmosphere were charming and inclusive.

My tried my daughter’s cupcake and yowza the frosting was painfully sweet. Beautiful presentation but I think they would be better off using a Swiss meringue buttercream rather than American buttercream. She had to knock half of it off.
Other than that great gem for the area!

I ordered the Mockingbird Latte and you can absolutely tell it’s made with high-quality ingredients — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I also grabbed a scone, and it was fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The whole place has such a warm, inviting vibe — the kind of spot you could easily spend an afternoon in. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

At a recent visit, I tried the pecan coffee cake muffin and a cold brew. Took a scone, chocolate chip cookie and sugar cookie to go. Everything was amazing. The bakery is so cute, my only wish is that I lived closer and could hang out here longer.

Thank you for opening your bakery. I just found it a few weeks back. Been back several time since. Last visit I actually sat in your reading room and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere along with my scones while working on a project. Never felt rushed pressured to not just stay and relax.

Such a cute spot to grab coffee and they are always so kind and accommodating. It’s a small local shop with quick service. My favorite drink is their Mocking Bird latte and their quiche is also my favorite when they do have it!! It’s also always a pleasure talking to Lucas.

We had a cake made by Mockingbird Bakery for my mother in laws 60th birthday party and were incredibly happy with it! Not only was it beautiful (ombré purple colors and rosettes all over) it was absolutely delicious! It was a multiple layer carrot cake and everyone loved it and couldn’t stop praising it. I highly recommend checking them out for your next custom cake or baked item needs!
