Culver’s is always a solid choice for a quick meal. The food is consistently good—classic burgers, fries, and of course, their signature custard. The drive-thru is decent and moves at a reasonable pace, even during busy times. Staff is friendly, and many seem to have been there a long time, which adds a nice sense of familiarity and reliability. Nothing fancy, but dependable and satisfying.

I’ll start by saying we haven’t had any issues with the daytime shifts. Evening shifts are a different story. Every time we order something, it’s wrong. We’ve ordered concrete mixers multiple times, and they always mix up which goes in what one. Then when we went to point out their error, they wouldn’t fix it. We had to pay for a whole new one. Very frustrating past couple experiences here.

Haven’t been to Culver’s in years and thought I’d treat myself to a fish dinner. Even though they weren’t busy, took forever to get my meal. I saw the meal ready to bag up, but it sat there for about 10 minutes while 4 guys goofed around instead of grabbing my order. In the meantime, one of the workers kept coughing all over the food as she bagged the orders. Got home in 10 minutes and everything was ice cold. The fish dinner soggy on the bottom and chewy.
Never again. If anyone thinks this is great food and service, you’ve got very low standards.

Waited 16 minutes at the Crudside service for a malt a sundae and a smoothie while watching the empty drive thru lane fill up and then get serviced ahead of me. I finally went inside to see my order just sitting there for who knows how long and then brought home almost completely melted desserts for my family. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:00 and I finally went inside at 9:17.
Also, why do you deprioritize the online orders? I wo uld think that it’s a money saver for the restaurant to not have to utilize hourly associates to take the order. But clearly you penalize those people for ordering online and put them behind everyone else including people that came 20 minutes after them.
This is not our first terrible online ordering experience but I finally had to say something.

We ordered 2 double butter burgers and when we got home one was a plain pulled pork sandwich. Who orders that? Felt like on purpose since they were rude to me.

I moved out of state a few years ago so I was really looking forward to Culver’s when I came back to visit. I was really disappointed in the food. The burgers seemed smaller, the cheese curds were horrible, and the onion rings were greasy.

This location has gone downhill. I’ve gone a few times with issues but wanted to wait in case it was a fluke but now I see it’s consistent. Ordered mashed potatoes with extra gravy. Got zero gravy instead. Onion rings were way over salted. And the new grilled chicken sandwich does not taste good to me. Liked the old one better. The order also took forever through the drive-thru. The place wasn’t even busy.
Update: visited again and this time the food was good and service fast. I suppose it’s hit or miss, but hopefully it’s a positive trend.
Update #2: abysmal. Everything in the order this time was cold besides the tenders. Ordered a butter burger with cheese; got a dry burger with no cheese. And the cashier girl really wanted to hand me a soda drink with the soda overflowing from the top everywhere. Where is the logic?! Not impressed with the service here lately. But the girl who brings out the food, Hailey or something, she’s super sweet. The only upside.
