Since 1964, Rosati’s Pizza has been using old Italian family recipes to bring the freshest, most authentic Chicago Pizza to neighborhoods in many states (and we continue to grow)! We forego trends and stick to tradition in order to Keep It Real! We use Real Ingredients for all of our pizza — Chicago Deep Dish, Thin Crust, Stuffed, and Double Dough! Our dough and sauce are made fresh every day, and our delicious cheese is hand-grated daily. Ingredients? We pile them high! In addition to pizza, we’re known for our amazing Italian pasta dishes (baked lasagna, mostaccioli and more), Italian Beef sandwiches, homemade breadsticks, wings, and antipasto. 10-1-25 we ordered an 18un thin crust pizza, Sausage Mushroom 1/2 black olives the other half pepperoni. The pizza was horrible had very few toppings. We wondered like what has happened.
I called the store and s/w Nathan Mgr and he gave me another pizza free the next time we ordered. 10-27-25 I ordered our usual. When I ordered I didn’t not tell the girl on the phone that Nathan gave us a free pizza. I wanted to compare the pizza from the beginning of the month to the one I just ordered. When I arrived my pizza was still in the oven. The girl at the front counter said it was 39.00 for the pizza. I then gave her the 10-1-25 receipt showing I had s/w Nathan and he gave us a free pizza. I got my free pizza and left. When I got home this pizza wasn’t much better than the last one that I had complained about and Nathan gave us another pizza free. Very few toppings it was basically a cheese pizza. I have never been so disappointed. I thought it was just a one time issue. Obviously not. I’m done. I will never purchase a pizza from this company. 40.00 for hardly any toppings. Basically just olives and mushrooms. Where’s the meat!
In the past the pizza was great. Something has obviously happened.
They just lost this customer.

Ordered delivery. Took a little longer than your average pizza joint but it’s worth the wait. Plan ahead. We got two thin crust pizzas and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Good things are worth the wait. This is top notch pizza

We ordered the wings and pizza special and both things were terrible. The minute we got in the car with the food, thechicken smelled burned. Then when we ate the pizza at home, it was terrible. Crust like a cracker, and the rest of the pizza didn’t add anything to the taste. Maybe all they can do well is deep dish, but that wasn’t what we got with the special.

DANGER!!! Steel wool in Rosati’s Pizza from Maricopa!!
I am absolutely disgusted and outraged to find this when taking a bite. It got lodged between my teeth and I had to carefully pull it out. I’m just thankful my 2-year-old son didn’t get ahold of this. We called and spoke with the manager who said she couldn’t refund us our order and could only apply a credit for our next order because if she offered a refund the store manager would be mad at her. She was kind enough to offer the owners phone number of who could have cared less. Not once did he apologize for the incident, kept interrupting, and made it seem like it was our fault for wanting a FULL refund after our family was too afraid to eat any of their pizzas. The owner’s solution was to send a delivery driver BACK out to pick up the pizzas and only THEN would he be willing to offer a refund. We gladly accepted to return this food but would never expect to be treated so poorly for something as horrible as this is. It sounds like there definitely the mistreatment of employees and customers if the store manager is afraid to do right thing due to fear from her owner. I definitely want to share this story as people should never be subject to mistreatment in anyway. Customers or employees.

Ordered through Uber they said it was gonna be around a certain timeframe that timeframe came and went. I called the store. The first time they said it just left three minutes ago which should’ve been delivered 30 minutes ago. The guy said that it should be there within 15 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later. Another guy answered. He said he was gonna be another 20 minutes. That’s when I got the manager on the phone. He said the guy didn’t know what he was talking about. He called the delivery guy with the delivery guy told the manager he’d be there within five minutes. The delivery driver shows up next-door to the neighbors and blames it on that they put the wrong address in. Overall my food was cold. Didn’t have a lot of taste to it and my wife got sick off the Italian beef.

First time trying the pizza hopefully I don’t mess up the name so I will just say the manger over the phone was super friendly and got my order and took care of me. She gave great suggestions and everything was tasty.

The service was good and no complaints about ordering and delivery. I personally thought the pizza sauce tasted like ketchup, not what I expected. On the whole, I think I will try the deep dish next time.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Their service and the people working there are rude. I called about my delivery order. They told me that I was wrong even though I had the receipt in front of me. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and they hung up on me. I called back again and the same exact thing happened. Each person hung up on me. Terrible terrible customer service.
