Walked in, had to wait a bit for a person to take our order. I will say that the lady who took our order was respectful. But on the other hand I witnessed the people throwing food onto the counter where they bag the food after making it. Then we get told the lobby is closed when we just got our food and then we got told again a few minutes later we have till 8:30 to eat our food and exit the lobby when it was only 8:03 at the time. One thing you don’t is rush your customers to eat food and exit your establishment. It’s quite a rude and horrible impression to leave on someone. I suggest they change and correct their behavior and actions

The longest time I’ve ever waited inside at Wendy’s. There was only 1 family in front of me. And the store smelt like a sewage. Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I asked if I can try a different condiment after receiving my food and he said $1. After I’ve already had to waited behind 1 customer for a very long time. We would’ve choose Mc Donald’s next door but they were packed. We choose Wendy’s because it was not busy at all. There were about 6 employees and only 1 could seem to help at the register. It was only me and the customer in front of me. You would think it would be a decent speed to order and get out but no. Check the cameras and see how long Ive waited. There soda machine needed a password. And the meat tasted cold. I’m sorry Wendy’s I believed in you when you HAD the 4 for 4 or even 5 for 5 but apparently they do not offer that anymore at this location. False advertisement is another thing. Now Mc Donald’s is doing a 5 for 5. So where do you think I’m going to take my business now. In my opinion it was a horrible experience at this Wendy’s location. Very disappointed and shame on you. Mc Donald’s is whooping you next door and I was there before and drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever came across.

This is hands down the BEST WENDY’S in garland TX. Food? HOT AND FRESH. breakfast? UMM YES. the app gives so many points I can come get something free everyday with just spending a couple of dollars! And the location? Perfect for people heading down Broadway and hitting I30! You can even leave the parking lot and hit the ramp without driving down the service road! The manager Angela is the most kind manager too! I watch her with the customers and her employees. They are all treated kindly and respectfully. I am now a regular and learning their names. Also they have biscuits and gravy but it’s not on the menu! And SO MUCH BETTER THAN MCDONALD’S! 5 STAR SERVICE!

I normally don’t write bad reviews I just usually let this roll off my back but this review is 100 justified and you will see why. So my fiancé and I stopped in at 12:45pm on my way to get an MRI done in Dallas, so we are definitely on a time crunch first issue is there is some sort of big wig there ( I am gonna say by the body language maybe the owner ) the manager on duty was a middle aged woman who definitely had and attitude and her staff wasn’t far behind. Well the order was simple two biggie bag one with no sauce and the other with bbq and chili sauce. Well the manager said sorry we don’t have chili sauce for your nuggets so said well ok how about the sweet chili sauce and she tried to charge me .48 cents for a sauce she didn’t have. are you kidding me I said OK you don’t have chili sauce but you’re trying to charge me for the sweet chili sauce that I want because you don’t have the other sauce sauce that is ridiculous and they were obviously trying way too hard because the owner or whoever the important guy was My advice moving forward just be yourself and just do what you normally do because you would never charge me the $.48 for your sauce that you didn’t have this place sucks do better

Drive thru service white lady, you get a zero. My food was $29 for two combos and 2 ice creams. After tasting thr fries I said to her, the drive thru always get the worst food and I asked for more fries, they were old, brown and stale. She had a bad attitude and when i asked for ketchup it got worse and she closed the window in my face and said to her, you have an attitude thats when she closed the window in my face. Whoever the manager is should review the tape and see who was rude, and I hope she’s not the manager. Today at 115pm. Well aside from the friendly staff I have no more praise to offer, first and last time at this Wendy’s and maybe all of them. I ordered a Dave’s double no onions, large with a cherry coke. The fries were crisp yet cold upon receipt and I believe this is the first time I’ve been served a burger where mold has started to grow on the bun.

Went here this morning 11/24 customer service was way off. I ordered the BRK combo once I receive my meal. My food was not even hot. The fries was warm. couldn’t turn around because I was already five minutes late for work

The service is mid, the food is never hot when you get it just warm, hardly ever fresh even in the morning time. I’ve gone to this location 4 times around 6:45 am when they should have been open but nobody came to the speaker. I drove around to the window and the lady walked to the back out of sight. When you do place an order they over offer other things. But this is the closest location to me sooooo I’m stuck.

The lady with the short dreads is not very friendly and has zero customer service skills. She does not greet you or thank you for your service of supporting this business. Also, while waiting for my order I was turned off by a white lady that had her personal cup (tumblr cup or large insulated bottle), she was using the ice scooper to put it inside of her drink, and the scooper was touching her top. She then proceeds to put her drink underneath the drink fountain. Personally don’t think it’s sanitary as she didn’t have any gloves on while touching this scooper that she will later place back into the ice, and it should not be used for her PERSONAL cup
