While the food was great, Jayden is the reason I’m taking the time to write this review. It is rare to encounter someone with his level of professionalism and genuine charisma in a fast paced environment. Jayden provided excellent customer service that you just don’t see much anymore. He was incredibly patient as I made my selections, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and maintained a positive, high energy attitude despite the store being busy. He worked with a level of precision and speed that was honestly impressive to watch, ensuring my order was handled with care and packed perfectly. It’s employees like Jayden who turn a quick meal into a memorable experience. He represents the brand incredibly well and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another transaction.

Would definitely not rush to order again. This was my first time trying it.
1. Portion is too small for money.
2. Order was wrong- steak was supposed to be with pinto beans and chicken with black beans.
3. Ordered bowls and got a hearty amount of lettuce vs. everything else. More like a salad.
4. Flavors not balanced- steak was tangy- corn salsa, beans and rice was bland.

I had such a great experience!! Everything was very clean and maintained! The staff were helpful with building my delicious bowl. Also shoutout to Brooke, she made the long line me and my family waited in go by so quick it was impressive! We will be back!

I haven’t had Freebirds in years and the last I did it was pretty good. However I ordered a burrito from this location and was highly disappointed first off by how when I went to pickup my food the guy behind the counter rudely sat my bag on the counter when I clearly had my hand out for my food. Secondly the burrito did not have any taste and was absolutely disgusting. I will NOT order food here again. I rather go support a small business.

I ordered from Freebirds online today, and as always, it did not disappoint! I absolutely love a good burrito from here — I always get the Ranch Hand Steak, and it’s phenomenal every time.
I also really appreciate their “Kids Eat Free” program on Saturdays and Sundays — such a thoughtful perk for families with little kids. Great food, great value, and great service!

Well, where can I even start? I’ve been to this location a few times but this trip was by far the ABSOLUTE worst Freebirds experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start off by saying that when we walked in, we were NOT informed that the soda machine out of order. It wasn’t until we had already started customizing our burritos and bowl that they informed us that the machine was out of order. The employee preparing our food just slapped a ton of beans and rice on our orders when we were informed the soda machine was out of order. At that point, we felt we could not back out. Then we had asked for extra meat/ protein on the kid taco and the burrito but we got charged for extra protein on all 3 items! (We also got a regular bowl. I have no idea what happened but all and all it was a TERRIBLE experience. They didn’t have forks and there was water all over the floor. They had fans trying to clean them up. I’m sorry but close your store at that point. HIGLY disappointing!!!
