We ate dinner at Zaxby’s today. The food was served quickly and warm.
We both ordered a Zaxby’s Zensational .
It was very good.
We also order a couple of their Chocolate Chip cookies. Very good!
A month or so later a different story.
I ordered a Zax Snack and my wife ordered Salad.
There was only a few customers in the restaurant .
My Wife’s salad was ready in just a few minutes. I waited and waited for my order and finally I got my called up to the counter to pickup my order. Unfortunately,it wasn’t even warm. I asked for another and it came out cold too! I asked to talk to the manager, and he finally managed to get me a warm meal.

The assistant manager I believe sorry if I’m wrong but her name is Hannah had great energy as soon as I pulled to the window. There was a little misunderstanding with another person on my order but she handle it and was so kind about it. That right there shows true leadership! Some of those young girls annoy me at this location with their attitudes but she changed my mind about this location! Whoever is above I feel should give her raise, please!

I’m starting not to like this location anymore. I ordered a kiddie cheese meal for my child and the fries weren’t nearly full. The box felt empty. I feel like false advertisement is happening with the amount of product in the box these days. The prices increasing 20 cents 30 cents there. It’s adding up guys. How you gone increase the price and reduce the product? Y’all trippin hard.

Restroom were nasty, the employees are a bunch of teenagers. My salad came out good but the wings and things plate was cold. One manager was yelling across the dinning room area saying she lives 45 min away and that she couldn’t take a coworker home. Lol
