I treated my daughter to afternoon tea for her birthday. The valet experience was a bit off-putting we waited several minutes without acknowledgment before anyone approached us.

Once inside, though, the experience quickly turned around. As an architecture lover, I was blown away by the beautifully restored mansion. Every room was grand, thoughtfully designed, and full of ornate details. The hostess noticed my interest and gave me a booklet on the mansion’s history, which I appreciated.

We were seated promptly, with fireplaces lit and proper, polished service throughout. The tea service was lovely: light, airy scones with cream and jam, and excellent finger sandwiches. Before the dessert course we had this nice creamy smooth and not too sweet dessert that was a standout favorite.

The final dessert course, inspired by Salvador Dalí and surrealist art, was visually stunning with incredible chocolate detail, but unfortunately far too sweet and fruit-forward for my taste. We didn’t finish either.

Despite the rough valet start and overly sweet desserts, we had a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning and having a meal in one of the other gorgeous dining areas.

The service and food here are top notch. You will not be disappointed. We had breakfast both mornings of our stay and dinner one night. The crab cake was top 3 best crab cakes I’ve ever had and the bucatini was delicious. Breakfast is very hearty and fresh. Service was so friendly, we had an older lady who had been around awhile and she knew what she was doing and very sweet.

Great first time experience. We spent a great time at the bar lounge before dinner. There was live music in the bar. When it was time for dinner, they seated us in a great location. The food had a great presentation. Our waiter was excellent and shared the restaurant history. Food was good, but a little salty. For five people we spent a little over $500 with wine included. I would go back to try the other items on the menu.

My husband and I celebrated our 1-year anniversary with dinner at The Mansion, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The customer service was excellent, the ambiance was stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed learning about the interesting history behind the mansion itself.

The only disappointment was that there was no special recognition of our anniversary. Most restaurants mark the occasion in some way, even a simple chocolate message on a plate can make the evening feel more personal and memorable. Given the high level of service The Mansion is known for, I was surprised and a bit let down that nothing was done to acknowledge it.
Overall a good experience.

Attentive service. Food generally good. Bread really a disappointment; like the sweet Hawaiian style almost. Fish crudo first course was a good portion. None of it is innovative or clever but there is good consistent execution. The desert was underwhelming. If you are not looking for innovation this could work for you.

There is a vegetarian tasting menu for the same $175 price but no fancy ingredients or approaches from what I could tell from menu. Sounds really overpriced.

I think it’s a bit expensive for the portion sizes on the tasting menu. The entrees I saw in dining room looked like a better value; I wish I would have done that instead.

What an incredible birthday experience at The Mansion at Turtle Creek! From my reservation with Marie, who was incredibly personable, to the impeccable service from Jimmy, my favorite waiter extraordinaire, every moment was perfection. Sammy greeted us with a warm smile upon arrival, and Sang, Fabian, and Tiara ensured we were well taken care of throughout our time there. They truly didn’t miss a beat.

And the food? The chef never ceases to amaze. This time, the steak, mashed potatoes and mushrooms were absolutely divine. Although it didn’t “go with the meal” it didn’t matter – the tortilla soup was an explosion of flavors like no other. And not to be dramatic, but the chocolate martini was one of the most divine creations to ever touch my lips.

Everything was beyond delicious. Exceptional food, first-class service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and an unforgettable time at one of Dallas’ best. And one last thing—Jimmy deserves a raise for how he continues to amaze.

I had heard about this place for years from my father who has fond memories of going there when he was younger, so I was excited to take him for Father’s Day. I couldn’t be more disappointed by the experience – the menu seemed uninspired and pretentious, promising exotic ingredients but delivering a generic dish. The desserts were especially heinous in this regard; I could not stop laughing at what was presented when I ordered the brulee cheesecake (picture attached). The biggest disappointment was the service however, with our waiter being aloof/awkward and unable to talk about the menu- something forgivable when the meal doesn’t cost $350 for three people!!!! The atmosphere was nice, especially in the bar, but this restaurant is clearly resting on its laurels and needs to take a second look at its head chef and servers.

Went there for a brunch on my birthday to start my day — did not disappoint!

Staffs are super friendly and got my a crème brûlée which tastes amazing!

The ambience is giving a peaceful French garden vibe which I enjoyed to get my day started.

Would recommend for dine in here even just for the view.
