My wife and I stopped in for lunch while we were in the area. The decor was full of rustic Mexican charm. The leather barrel seats were a great touch. The had an appetizer of Guacamole, which was very good. We also ordered the El Meson Especial Fajitas, which was outstanding! The meats were cooked just right and the entire dish was alive with flavor. Highly recommended!!! Our server was great and highly attentive. We’ll be back!!

STOP what you are doing and come here. The salsa is excellent and the very best, and if that isn’t enough, they bring out a complimentary freshly made bean dip covered in Queso Cheese .
The Birria Tacos are fantastic . The corn chips are hot and fresh.

I wasn’t a fan of the chips or the salsa, but the vegetarian taco salad was super good, with a good variety of veggies. Everyone was pleased with their meal and my husband loved the salsa.

Had a Burrito Real, food was pretty good with very neat presentation. Wait time was good about 15-20 mins for a table of 6. The waiter got my friend’s drink wrong, never refilled glasses, and wasn’t friendly. Overall experience wasn’t bad but probably wouldn’t go again. It was more of the service rather than the actual food, compliments to the cook.

Tasty food! I had the carne asada tacos and my boyfriend has chipotle chicken and both were fresh and delicious; our appetizer was the guacamole. Service was good- everyone we encountered was friendly. Would recommend for Mexican food!

The better of the two Mexican restaurants in town. Free bean & cheese dip gave it a great start and the taco salad was super good. Chips were fresh, salsa was tasty, and the tea was plenty sweet enough. Best of all, this is the cheapest Mexican place you will find and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend getting chicken, as it was delicious.

Very nice atmosphere. Great service. I had the cheese steak Burrito it was giant and delicious. My friend had California Burrito, and it was delicious. Covered in a cheese sauce. Also served chips and salsa, complimentary. Very nice bar. Reasonable prices. I will be going back soon.

Located at a convenient spot if you are on the way or coming back from the Fall Creek Falls State Park.

Cool looking interiors, friendly staff, overall welcoming restaurant.

Comes with a complimentary chips with salsa and beans/cheese dip. I ordered the lunch special and it tasted great! Very crunchy, and the chicken was balanced.

Highly recommend stopping at this restaurant if you’re passing by and are hungry!
