I was not expecting much considering where it is and how it looks from the parking lot. I tried to go in and order at 7pm but the door was locked to get in so I was stuck going through the drive thru even though they had a worker letting others in the building. They were taking orders and having you pull up past the timer so their numbers look good but then you are waiting forever for your food. When I did finally get my order everything was there and warm surprisingly. I would go back but maybe not so late.

This location has had a turn for the worse, we went and got burgers and I got a slop of a mess so much sauces where put on it I had to scrap the sauce off and it still wasn’t edible. I wouldn’t go here without making sure your food is correct and not inedible

The young cashier forgot my food so I followed up after awhile. I didn’t blame anyone or make trouble but the manager was still very apologetic and fair when I followed up with the receipt. She and her staff noticed the time stamp all on their own. The professionalism is appreciated. Plugs work, bathroom’s clean. Only complaints are no recycling bin and that the drinks machine is out of all diet options. Happy with the experience.

What an absolutely horrible excuse of a restaurant, and an absolutely terrible staff. I ordered just two burgers from this piece of crap place, they had me pull ahead and I waited 15 minutes and nothing got brought out, while they brought out food for two people who were behind me in the order line. I finally got fed up and just left, I’d rather waste the money and move on then wait for this terrible staff to never bring food. This is a despicable restaurant with lazy staff.
Don’t ever order food from here, you’re literally worth going everywhere else but here. As a matter of fact, go sit in a restaurant, and wait 2 hours to order your food, you’d still be better off than getting any kind of food from this dumpster fire of a fast food restaurant, and I use that term “fast” VERY loosely. I wouldn’t order a fry from this place. Not an order of fries, I would not order a single fry from this place, especially because it would probably take you 4 years to get it. What a waste of space. You might as well bulldoze this restaurant and put something else there. You’d be better off than what’s there right now.

This Wendy’s sucks, most of them are quick and efficient. This one I went inside and ordered and had 2 people in front of me and they didn’t even take anyone’s order for 5+ minutes. Then once they took the orders it was closer to 10 more minutes to get food and it wasn’t even made well, messy and nasty.
Avoid this one, drive to the next Wendy’s it’ll be faster and have better food.

I’ve been here a few times in the past same of issues out of-out-of and doesnt work oh or cleaning machines.. I cannot recommend location for any reason even tho its convenient. Staff was polite and thats it. Nothing overwhelming or worth noting

Never going here again and honestly, I think that’s exactly what the employees at this location want. Food is never fresh, employees are not friendly and quite frankly, rude! Whoever the lady was working the window on Thursday April 24, 2025 around 10:30 PM – she should be fired immediately. Ive never been to a Wendy’s restaurant and received a spicy chicken sandwich with “just” a spicy chicken patty (see photos). I was told it was a 7 minute wait to receive this?!?! My burgers had cheese against my wishes and top top it all off they were cold! It takes a hell of a lot for me to write a review but no way was I letting this slide! Corporate will definitely be hearing about this!

Pulled in at 7:52 am for breakfast. All lights were on but nobody answered to take my order. Had to pull around the parking lot to leave and saw 2 employees hanging out near a car on the other side of the store. They said the store wasn’t open for 10 more minutes. This is the second time I haven’t been able to get breakfast here. It’s too bad.

I dont even no what to say. Every time I go there it’s a problem and after a few months I give then another try but it only ever gets worse. Today I went through the drive through and this guy took my order. I tried ordering 2 cookies but he said they where out. So I drove up to pay and get my food and they where very confused. The lady asked if I placed my order and I said yes then this other guy took the headset off and said I told you I’m not taking any orders. And the lady said she doesn’t no what happend to it so I had to re order. I was very specific on my burger witch was no chz. So I pulled off and opened my burger and ofcorse there was chz on it. So I went inside and the first thing I see is cookies at the front so they definitely wernt out. It seemed like no one there new what there job was or what they where doing. This time it will be the last time I go there. Pluss they where blasting rap music in the back so they couldn’t communicate with each other to get food right cuz they can’t hear each other. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Drive the extra few miles and find another. O and this is how they put the lettuce on my food. Dont even care enough to open it up.

The restaurant is hardly clean. Most times there’s food all in the seats and food on the floor brushed up against the seating. Service is alright. You get what you’re paying for… food is poor quality. I usually take my dog here after the vet for a treat because that’s really all their food is good for.
