Tevin was kind, welcoming and friendly. My husband and I had a great lunch experience here today. Ordered from the kiosk, food arrived timely and our order was correct. Tevin engaged with us as he worked hard in the lobby to polish it up, removing trash and cleaning tables. Very nice experience, thank you, Tevin!

Was told to wait out front for the potatoes (fries) ok that’s fine. Waited 10 mins out front. Tried to go inside lobby after waiting. Lobby was closed. Pulled back through drive through given attitude was told we were waiting on chicken nuggets now. Waited another 10 mins. Ordered everything with easy beans. Everything was extra beans and burnt or lacking ingredients all together. This was 2 hours before they closed. Also stacked everything ontop of my mexican pizza. And all was stuck to the roof of the box

Usually not one to make a review but im tired of this place, im usually in a rush when I come here so I do online orders pretty often. The last what, 5 times I’ve done that during the day they dont even care to take in the customizations to orders. Mind you it coasts extra money to do so. The food was old, cold, and hard. Didn’t get any hotsauce they asked me about and put on my receipt. I had to repeat my order to the guy on the intercom…
It was disgusting and depressing. The dude at the windows was either angry or hates his life.
I will never return to this location, or probably any Taco Bell for a really long time.
I don’t mind waiting, I don’t mind mistakes. I do mind the food that was made in 1962, making it into my food order today.

We dinned in on my lunch break, they didn’t seem to be too busy. The front lobby was dirty, food on the floors, cheese on the back of chairs and dirty tables. Our burritos were terrible. The chicken was like rubber and hard to even bite into. There was 3 times more tortilla, it’s like they put the smallest oldest chicken in the burrito. We will never go back to this location. Near Chehalis WA Walmart

Waited over 20 minutes for 4 items and the place was empty. One of the items was wet and slimy like it was dropped in something. The ingredients to the crunch wrap was all missing and was nothing but cheese and beans, which didn’t even belong in it. Then there’s the cross contamination of food. Why did my bean and rice burrito taste like it was chicken? Don’t waste your money at this slum of a place

They continually mess up every order, everytime I go and they feel bothered by fixing it. They don’t take the time to read the order and just give you whatever hoping that you won’t say anything. The incorrect items they give you are usually lower in value then the ones you ordered so they are ripping people off. I’m never going back to this Taco Bell.

The food was OKAY.. but they added cheese despite me putting no cheese on my order and them putting it on the bag!! Horrible for lactose intolerant people like me :[
The guy who gave us our order was kind and asked us just in case if we ordered drinks (we didn’t, but it was nice they asked)
It seemed to be getting quite dirty as if they didn’t do their regular cleaning an hour ago.

It’s Taco Bell so high quality food is not expected, but this… this is not even decent food. These tacos must have been sitting there beforehand for a while as they were stuck to the paper and then all the meat fell out. I started eating the right away as I know that if you don’t, they will get soggy.
On top of that, they are locking the front door because of staffing shortages. So if your order is wrong, you have to go through the drive through again.
