$21.19 for a double meat 12 foot sandwich that tasted very dry. It’s like eating paper! My friends hyped this place up too much which made me very excited when I visited Philly but got ultimately disappointed. Yes there’s cheese but if you take that away, its very dry!! I should’ve just listed to the reviews and went to Geno’s.
You also have to order the sides and drinks in a separate window. An extra $5.50 for fries that just has chili powder in it.

The service was great. It was very easy to place our order because this was our first time here. The gentleman broke it down and gave us suggestions on what to try, and we went with that. We had steak with the wiz and the other with american cheese. The bread was soft and fresh. Neither disappoint. The meat to bread ratio was a little off for me, but it was still good. Great steak!! Don’t forget Steve’s cherry soda.

Ordered from Steve’s Prince of Steaks a couple weeks ago through DoorDash and an entire sandwich was missing from the order. Stuff happens, so I called the shop directly.
The only stipulation was that I needed the receipt, which is completely fair. Once I had it, they corrected the order without any pushback and offered to remake the sandwich if I could pick it up. I was already out running errands, so it wasn’t a big deal.
Not sure if the issue was on DoorDash’s end or at Prince of Steaks, but either way they handled it the right way. Food was solid as always, and I appreciate a place that fixes problems without excuses.

I’m a North Jersey guy and whenever I’m any where near Steve’s it’s a must we go eat in house and bring some back as well. Forget the other PA Philly cheese steaks this one hands down the best!

Super disappointed. My fries were so hard and tasted like they have been sitting out. Also, the cheese steak only had cheese on top of the steak, not throughout like usual. Definitely made the mistake of not going to the Philly location

AMAZING CHEESE STEAKS!
This was my first time having ‘sliced’ cheese steak. It was phenomenal! The bread was perfect… Soft and chewy with a crispy crust. Some places you go to is nothing but bread. But the rolls Steve’s Prince of Steak uses were just the right size. Many choices of fresh melted cheese…. Right up my alley!
Everyone who worked there was super friendly. And I want to point out, that when I made a mistake on my order… It was perfectly fine. I wasn’t yelled at like some of the other cheese steak joints.
If you haven’t tried Steve’s Prince of Steaks… Your definitely missing out. I know I was… until yesterday.
***Update*** I just went back again today! Had the same awesome experience during a packed lunch hour. None of the staff seemed stressed out and everyone was pleasant. The one guy was eager to cut my cherry pepper for me! Amazing customer service… Especially from a cheesesteak place ;~)
