Is subway going down hill and making cut backs or is it just this location?
Now my son is a picky eater and only gets bread and meat. The honey oat bread was tough and was definitely overcooked. You could see it in the picture. He got roast beef, now the first time the employee was putting the meat on the bread, it looked like crumbs. Literally crumbles of meat. I asked him is roast beef not slices anymore, he said it’s changed. I said I’m pretty sure roastbeef still comes in slices. He told me he’d go look in the back and sure enough he came out with a fresh bin of roast beef slices. So great. Well, not so great he literally put 6 small thin slices on a foot long. I mean small and super thin! I can not believe I paid $19 for this sandwich, chip, and a drink. Not only that, a gentleman in front of me was trying to use one of the subway coupons and apparently this location does not recognize them here. It was literally a subway coupon. Very upsetting as well. The gentleman ended up leaving.
This location has really left a bad impression on me for subway. Will not be returning to this location for sure and Secondly it gives a bad impression for all subways.

My review for the management would be a 1 star because I have been to this establishment to know they only have one staff member managing the shop and the online orders. It’s ridiculous they only employ one person and I think it’s a form of abusive coming from management pinching pennies. Do better Subway.

This place doesn’t honor the coupons from the flyer that may be in your market ads. The Google search may indicate that this location does accept them.
As of August, 2025…it is not honoring the coupons.

Online orders 2 times in a row are completely wrong. Waist of gas going back to get the sandwich done again. And this last time they Didn’t even give me a new bread or warmed it up because it was 7:30pm and they were closing up. Guy needs training Better experience on Location down the street by Costco.

I have been going there for a few years now and every time I go, the food is great however, the last two times I have ordered online the bread has been super tough! My bread is hard as a rock and whoever is making these sandwiches can obviously feel that the bread is tough and not soft and fresh. I don’t know if they’re cutting back or not storing the food properly but I’m very disappointed. One last thing my sandwich has hardly any lettuce, tomato or bell peppers. It’s like bits and pieces. The sandwich is super thin, but with hard bread.

Bread and cookies are stale, don’t accept coupons, inside is probably the only good thing, not worth coming back to this subway. Got a 6inch combo with LRG drnk and 2 cookies for $16.10, I can go to Lascaris for way cheaper and better food!

6/10/24 came in today and was not greeted with the best attitude. The lady was slamming everything like she hated her job or was taking out her personal issues with the customers today. Idk if she is the owner or an employee here but something has to be addressed to this woman. Hope they see this review and see who opened today’s shift and tell her something. 11:15am

I should have gotten her name. But she was working today 1/18 @ 2:30pm. She has the best customer service I’ve ever received in a subway. Good spirit but not like fake over the top. She’s awesome! I’ll be sure to come back to this one specifically. I really Don’t like the subways around the area because of their customer service but this gal was great! And the food was on point!

I was just there picking up a last minute catering order and I was assisted by Paul he really showed that her care and got me in and out of there in a timely manner. Food quality was great but the serve of Paul was exceptional.

I got there 15 minutes after the store opened and the employee made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Most of the cheeses that they had were dried out, and the vegetables looked old as well. The egg whites that I got on my breakfast sandwich were still partially frozen as well.
