The kiosk malfunctioned but the manager came right over and happily made it right, even giving me a free Diet Coke, which we all know makes everything better! Also the staff was very friendly and the teenager cleaning the booths was very detailed and friendly as well. Hard working crew all around!

This restaurant is probably the first time I’ve had the best service at a McDonald’s in the US. The young lady who served me was kind enough to bring the food to where I was sitting because I had to wait for a little bit, and I was fine with it, so they made food that was fresh and threw it all in together. Though the bag was sitting with the rest of the items getting cold, they gave me everything fresh and a complementary coupon for a combo meal. Two of them love this location!

Everyone I’ve seen here so far is very friendly. I always see someone cleaning when I take my kids here to play in the kids play area. But the play set always looks pretty dirty. I don’t think that part gets clean very often. Besides that the floor, tables and seats and high chairs all look like they get clean regularly though.

Went through the drive through for a pickup order. Was told they didn’t have an order, even though I gave a name and code. So I went inside with the proof. Stood at the counter for 2-3 minutes before I yelled out “Hello, Hello”. Finally a girl in a burgundy shirt came over. Very rude, never apologized, never said anything. Extremely unprofessional.

First come first served is what they used to say. Sat at the drive thru and was told to wait while They took orders for 3 other cars, meanwhile I was waiting to give my mobile order code. Would be easier to get my code than take orders of people who haven’t even paid yet.

Worst McDonald’s ever . We had an easy order and they messed it all up and then got mad at us for asking to fix their mistake. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns and Dr.pepper . The drive through ” lady” was extremely rude when we asked about the pop size. Finally we got everything figured out. It turned out I paid for someone else’s food and got their order and somehow it was our fault. No wonder there’s so many bad reviews, none of these workers should be working in customer service. And finally after getting our actual order it was cold and disgusting. Horrible McDonald’s.
Edit* The lady at the drive through window needs some coaching on how to deal with their customers, especially if she’s running the window.

Wow is all I can say. Ask about the Monopoly pieces that are supposed to come on large drinks and large fries and an employee yells “those people” so disrespectful. The manager was standing right there and said nothing about it. So disappointed. On top of that a double Hamburger comes with 2 patties not one. Get your staff trained. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.Training needs to happen with your employees. Monopoly is supposed to go until November 2nd and I came to McDonald’s specifically for the Monopoly. Around 9 pm

If i could give a negative star rating i most definitely would. First time ever at this location. We went through the drive through, got to the pick up window and i heard the woman/manager in the blue shirt say get out of my line after i stated we didnt order a coffee the girl at the window handed me. Anywho finally getting what we thought was the order i drove off only to immediately park and go in. Any who i go in to inform them and was met with an instant attitude by the woman/manager in the blue shirt. Another manager actually came explained what happened…long story short old man in lobby was yelling for me to leave and shut up. Im telling the man im not speaking to you leave me alone. Mind you woman/manager in blue shirt is telling me to leave for telling the man to leave me alone. Every single employee walked around not sure of what they were doing. Another employee yelled at me and told me relax were working on it after asking politely if they was getting our order. Mind you no one told me they were getting it. Never again after being treated that way from managment as the man in the lobby was harrassing me and nothing was done. Wrong irder, paid for someone elses order, cols food. Worst Mcdonalds of my life time. Just pitiful.
