From the moment we walked in, we were met with a warm greeting from our server, Shawnda. She welcomed us with a bright smile and a friendly attitude, instantly setting the tone for a great dining experience. Her customer service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and she made sure we had everything we needed, even offering to bring us to-go coffees or water before we left.

As for breakfast, it was an absolute delight, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast.

Overall, the combination of excellent service and delicious food made for a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been driving for 10 hours. Was so excited to see a bob Evan’s and I haven’t been here since I was a kid. I ordered the blueberry pancake meal. My eggs were raw. They forgot my bacon pancakes tasted doughy and had a weird tinge to it. My son ordered the Carmel Apple kids pancakes and as an 8 year old was highly disappointed and even said he would rather go to Waffle House. Fried pickles were burned beyond recognition. They did replace those and comp them. The waitress is extremely nice. However. They should know what comes with a meal and the cook needs a new job because this ain’t it for them ! Good luck to this place. But I don’t foresee them being open much longer.

if I could give 0 stars I would. waited 15 minutes for a refill that I had to ask for. they weren’t even busy she maybe had 2 tables. my food came out burnt and so did the rolls. Everytime I go it gets worse and worse. safe to say I am NEVER coming back.
the only good thing was that the place was clean.

They told us 10 minutes’ wait. It has now been over 40 minutes. We have seen 10 parties leave now because no one will come to the stand to check people in. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was okay at best after we got seated, take a look at the burnt toast they gave us. It did take over an hour to get our food. I really didn’t expect to be in Bob Evans for over three hours on a Sunday. They really need to figure out the staffing on a Sunday.

Food was delicious, as always. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived it was cold!….Cold eggs…..cold bacon…..cold gravy! I understand the food not being super hot, but everything on my plate felt like it was fresh out of the refrigerator. Their compensation?….”Your coffee is free”….seriously???…..

My husband and I are becoming more and more disappointed when we go! The waitresses are great and very nice. But the overall appearance is bad
The bathrooms need a thorough cleaning and the entrance also. It’s usually freezing in summer. We waited 50 minutes for our food this morning
They need a greeter like perkins who seats you and serves your drink then a waitress takes the order and clean up is done by someone hired to do that not the waitress. We could have been in and out in 50 minutes and had a pleasant experience there.

My wife and I always request Megan when we stop by for dinner. Megan always makes sure our coffee is fresh and our food is hot. Both my wife and I have Parkinson’s disease so it’s very hard to twist the salt and pepper shakers so Megan will kindly ask us if we would like assistance with seasoning our food and will even help spoon feed my wife during the end of her meals if it comes too difficult. Excellent food, excellent service, and out of this world hospitality. Way to go Megan!

The sweet tea was actually pretty good, not too sweet, and still had a bit of a bitter aftertaste that comes with most black teas. Which I personally like.
Came with a side, which I chose some biscuits, and I think they taste amazing! The interior of the biscuits was very light and fluffy. The outside was buttery and had a salty taste and were very good.

I had ordered the three-meat breakfast bowl, it came with some whole wheat bread that were buttered and the hollandaise sauce on the dish was very buttery and delicious! I would recommend it, had some meat, I got over-easy eggs but you can get a different cooked egg, some carrots and such. An overall good meal!

The server was very nice and it was a rather quiet Monday afternoon so it was nice break after a six hour drive.

Fast service. Attentive server. Food came out quickly and as ordered. Free refills on hot chocolate. Basic breakfast close to the highway.

Bought 70 bucks worth of a 3 course meal for thanksgiving. We ordered carryout. First, they had no plates. Second, they forgot the potato soup. So I paid for that and never got it. Third, the rolls were hard. Forth, the pumpkin pie was frozen. They never told me this. So we never got to enjoy the pie at the nursing home w my dad because they aren’t allowed microwaves. The entire experience was bad. And I can’t believe I wasted money on the pie.
