I couldn’t rave about this place more! Out of our trip to OKC this was my favorite place I have eaten at! Being Lebanese myself it tasted just like my Situ’s cooking! I would definitely eat here again! Everything was amazing I love the Tabbouleh and Kibbeh! The baklava was the best infact I got some to go for the road trip home! The food had a lot of flavor! If this is your first time get the appetizer sampler plate and some tabbouleh you won’t be disappointed!!! Highly recommend!!

Ok folks…this is totally it! Nunu’s Mediterranean Café has definitely caught my heart and satisfaction for Mediterranean food.

It was a recommendation and it did not disappoint!

I love an excellent Greek Salad, Grape Leaves and upon the recommendation, the Cabbage Rolls. I ordered all three.
The cashier, I think his name was Mark, told me what was in their Greek Salad. He described it so well, I said yes before he was done. I got the small. (Can’t imagine what the large would have been like. See photos.)

I was given a Styrofoam cup. I told him I don’t drink from them. When my food was delivered he brought me a glass mug. Thank you!

The food presentation was fantastic, was delicious! I took some home just to fulfill my palate later.

One bite of the grapes leaves and I was in heaven. Then I took a bite of the recommended cabbage roll. Hmmmmm mmm.

I added this cafe to my return list.

Oh, did I mention their patio full of beautiful plants and tree variations. If it hadn’t been a little chilly outside, I would have sat outside. But, I did sit next to a window that satisfied my nature side.

Thank you to the Nunu’s crew and owner (and your family story. Blessings sent to your Mom.)

I will be back!

Hi! My name is Lando, and I’m a lab-husky mix! I wanted to say that Nunu’s Mediterranean Cafe is the best place I’ve ever been in my wonderful 8 months of life! They gave me chicken and it was the BEST FOOD I’VE EVER EATEN! My tail will not stop wagging! You should totally go – the food, the family, the experience is life changing!

I’m traveling for work and i always make a point to try new places. I especially like Greek food, but because of the great reviews, I decided to try Nunu’s which is actually Lebanese. In any case, I ordered the sampler platter, and was pleasantly surprised that he let me sub substitute falafel for the chicken kebab-I don’t really love chicken. Everything was very good, but I especially liked the tabouli, cabbage rolls and hummus. I’ve never tried hashwa before, and I was a little bit nervous because I’m not always a fan of cinnamon and nutmeg in savory foods, but it was wonderful. I really liked the little sprinkle of toasted almonds on top. I ordered baklava for dessert, but ended up eating it before my plate even came-it was very good as well. I might break my rule of trying a new place every day that I’m traveling, because I would definitely come back again.

Nunu’s is an extended family member’s favorite, and so the next time Mrs. Flip Out wanted Mediterranean food, we came here. It was good, and the Littles found the options we ordered for them interesting. Mrs. Flip Out went with the sampler plate so the Littles could try other things, too. She really enjoyed everything. The tabouli was exceptional and the cabbage rolls good. Littlest Flip Out wanted to try the lentil soup, and surprised us by really enjoying it. Little Flip Out wanted a salad and loved it. I had the Hashwa plate and it was good. The rice is delicious and has a savory, cinnamony flavor that is very good.

Nunu’s is Yummy Yummy! We got falafel sandwiches and humus….every bite so tasty. Fresh veg, hot falafel, and fluffy pita with a delicious dipping sauce! All the stars. Every bite layered with flavor. I was full and still taking bites. Portions great and price totally reasonable. Will definately eat here again.

What an amazing find. The restaurant isn’t a fancy sit down but like a family owned Mediterranean restaurant. The food was not expensive and I was able to order a large sampler for a very reasonable price. The food was savory and the atmosphere was beautiful with ornate lighting, live flowers/plants, soft music, and decorations that creates an ambiance of authenticity. It was a wonderful experience and I plan to come back.

Food was good but the dinners really didn’t offer much for vegetables. There was tabouli, but it wasnt much more than a bowl of parsley with very little tomato or Bulgar wheat. An option of a chopped fresh vegetable side instead of hummus would’ve been nice.

NuNu’s Mediterranean Café is one of my absolute favorite places to eat in OKC! Every visit feels like coming home to a family celebration of flavor and tradition. Their grape leaves are nothing short of amazing—perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with authentic Mediterranean taste. I usually order the sampler plate, which is the best way to enjoy a little bit of everything. The hummus is creamy and fresh, the tabouli is bright and perfectly balanced, and the kafta is grilled to perfection with rich, smoky flavor that reminds me of true home cooking.

One of my favorite touches is the private dining room in the back, decorated with photos of the owner’s family from Lebanon. It tells a story of heritage and heart that matches the food perfectly. The front patio is always spotless and inviting—great for enjoying a meal on a pleasant Oklahoma evening.

The staff here are genuinely impressive. They’re friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained, which makes every visit feel special. You can tell that pride, care, and hard work go into every plate served and every smile given.

If you love Mediterranean food—or even if you’re new to it—NuNu’s is the perfect place to experience authentic flavor, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more.
