The Wendy’s in American Fork provided me with great service. When I picked up my dinner it only was only less than a 5 minute wait. The cashier was very friendly and provided me great customer service getting my food quickly and making sure I had everything to enjoy my meal.

I mean… It’s Wendy’s. As fast food goes it’s, pretty darn good. But there’s a new breed of stiff competition. That said, the American Fork staff are super friendly and quick, and that means a lot to me. I really appreciate the crew here. The building is showing its age, but it’s being kept up well, and it’s always clean when I stop by. If you’re in the mood for one of Dave’s creations, and you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and tell them Mister Chilidog sent you.

Mother in law visiting for the holidays, came down with a sickness. All she wanted was a Wendy’s burger. The drive through service was beyond terrible. From my previous reviews you can see I often give good feedback and my family always goes beyond to be kind, polite, and be thankful for the service provided. But the staff member serving the window in AF at 4.40pm 12/22/25 decided to still have a rude attitude, not understanding a word I was saying (I still remained kind and thankful), but then proceeded to roll her eyes as we left (order was wrong, no big deal, but adds to it). Utah County has so much to offer, why waste time and money for such an experience.

I ordered and I waited in line for about 12 min with 2 people in front of me ordering. After my order wqs placed the only employee that was assembling the ordered for the dining area had to much on her plate and my order took 27 min to complete. Next time I will go to another location.

One of the best Wendy’s in the valley. Fries were hot, the a drive through service was short sweet and to the point, the employee was extremely professional, nice, and fast. Seriously 10 out of 10. Also the new chicken tenders are pretty damn good.

Since McDonalds “didn’t serve fries at this time” (11 AM) I had to go to Wendy’s, but its actually not bad. The fries and chicken nuggets were fire as usual. Just don’t eat the breakfast stuff and you’re fine. Staff are as expected, average, which isn’t bad.

So im pretty sure my meal was supposed to be like $16 but it came out to $21 . I didnt receive a reciept . The guy who took my order and money was in a terrible mood . I asked for bbq sauce for my fries and apparently you guys charge $00.50 per sauce ? I used to be so excited to get your food and a good deal and now it’s a rip off with crap service. And my order was wrong .

The dark guy with the curly hair could at least pretend to like his job. Seriously the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a customer service employee. Rolling his eyes constantly. Acting like we are the biggest inconvenience in the world. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers that way. He should definitely not have a job. And the managers and owners of this Location either don’t care enough to read the reviews or customer service and satisfaction are not high on their list of priorities. I would suggest not going to this location unless you want to be treated poorly by the employees.

I normally love Wendy’s, but this location has been going downhill lately. When my husband pulled out his burger and it was lukewarm with a rock hard bun, we tried to be patient and recognize that many places are understaffed, but then the chicken sandwich was also cold and looked like it had been stepped on, and my Coke was extremely watered down. There was hardly anyone in line (it was about 4:30pm, so not a busy time), and we waited over 5 minutes at the window for our cold food. Not sure how so many things went wrong, but we were very disappointed and did not even receive a receipt to get a refund. Giving 2 stars only because I want to give the benefit of the doubt that this was just due to understaffing…

I went to the drive thru for breakfast. Was the only customer—no one else in the drive thru nor inside. I ordered one item. It took 20 minutes. I had to bang on the drive thru window to get their attention. The guy never apologized or even acknowledged there was a problem. Judging from other reviews I’m reading, this seems common.
