We stopped by early Tuesday morning to try their mushroom Swiss burgers, and they didn’t disappoint. The mushrooms were delicious, and I liked how juicy the meat was. The fries had a great seasoning, too. The interior was clean and our server was friendly, and left happy and full.

It has been a while since I have been to Chili’s and they have improved. I really enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger and my daughter loved the baby back ribs. They had my favorite beer (Abita Amber) on draft and they stayed open till 11:00 pm. The dining area looked recently renovated and was clean. We also received good service from the staff. I will eat here again.

I could not believe the incredible service I received from our server MyaRay. She was absolutely fabulous , respectful and on her toes. I didn’t have to wait on anything and everything was perfect. I can’t brag enough. She is definitely a gem!

Waited 45 minutes to be seated and finally left. Was told the wait time was 30 minutes. Had others walk in after us, ask how long was the wait and they were seated before us. 2 tables had 4 people just like we did. Not sure why we were skipped over.

We had not been to Chili’s in a very long time. The restaurant was very clean. Our server was professional and engaging. The burger we had was awesome! The price was reasonable. The fries were oversalted but size and fry quality were excellent. Definitely back on our radar.

I like my burger very well done and it was very undercooked. My husband also like his well done but he ate his regardless. I just hope he doesn’t get sick. I did not eat mine disgusting.

Came in starving recently and was sat quickly. Blake was a delight and our food came out hot and delicious. I got the chicken crispers with the Mac n cheese and my husband got the sirloin with loaded mash and broccoli. Their Mac n cheese makes my soul happy. Wasn’t too busy. Had a great time! Will definitely be back again.

Very disappointed. This happened today, 10/11/2025. We arrived at about 420ish. My husband and I were sat right away in a booth by the bar, but then sat for nearly 15 minutes without a single server stopping by. When we were sat there were multiple servers standing around the bar, and our table was passed by repeatedly without a single person stoping to take our drink order. I could count on one hand how many tables had people seated at them. Two men were sat nearly 10 minutes after us and a server approached them immediately for their drink order. We ended just walking out, and having a server tells us “have a good night” knowing we were never served was insulting. She watched us be sat at the booth. The sad thing is that we’ve always enjoyed coming to this particular restaurant, but after being ignored I would drive the extra distance and go to the one in Mandeville.

Mr. Riley is awesome! Stayed entergetic and overall great to be around! When I go in I make sure I ask for Him! Even late at night the food, service, wait time and everything was amazing! 10/10 recommend
