Asked for them to make a taco pizza when we came in and we were told that they wouldn’t bring it out to our table (which is something they offer in writing). Instead they would only put it out in the buffet. We watched for it to come out but they didn’t even make one. At one point there were no pizzas left on the buffet and also no dessert items either. They brought out a couple pizzas but chose to make pizzas with jalapeños and olives and other less popular toppings instead of pepperoni or sausage. On the fence if I will be returning in the future.

Just overall very happy with our visit there today! The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Love the chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy! Honestly only had one piece of pizza, but it was also very good. Very nice, full salad bar with fresh lettuce. Desserts are fabulous..especially with some ice cream on top. All the dirty plates are picked up promptly. Very satisfied!

Presented $20 gift coupons from KDWA radio station that the manager had not seen before. He was kind of surly with us trying to figure it out. Pizza’s had virtually no sauce on them or it was tasteless. Sunday night price was only $12.99 which was great If you’re looking for quantity of food for a good price. If you’re looking for quality of food, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

You frequent a place because you like what they offer….very disappointed today no iceberg lettuce on the salad bar, switched it to romaine (ick) nor was there any noodle salad. The pasta noodles in the hot food table were cold and hard, the pizza choices were horrible, (when there were any out there) you should always, always have pepperoni and sausage and or meat lovers on there and keep the buffet FULL. We waited over 20mins for a pizza we would like and finally gave up and left. Oh and the ice cream machine was broken which I guess was ok since there were no hot chocolate chip cookies out! Hope it was just a bad day because we do really like going there but if this is going to be the new “normal” we’ll go elsewhere

Not enough food on buffet to justify price. Only fresh chicken once while we were there. Pizza was sparse. Salad was put out and was brown. Zero dessert pizza was served while we were there. Everyone was waiting for food so it would be taken immediately unless you were in line when it was served. Only one poor kid trying to clean the tables and the place was absolutely packed. Will not go back.

My grandson’s favorite place. Tuesday night is free for kids. Good fried chicken, crispy & fresh. Assorted salad bar always replenished. If they don’t have the pizza you like, they make it for you & then put it in the pizza bar. Food choices for adults & kids. Self serve. It’s 4 buffets including dessert. Befeeages are included in the price. Staff are friendly. They pick up plates when you are done with them.

We had a party for a four year old. Overall it was good food and the handicapped girl picking up for us was super awesome. But the night cleaning crew missed the party room. Otherwise we had a good time. Good hot food. And we left Overall happy.

Hello, my family and I went to this Pizza Ranch for a special occasion , we were really excited about it! I spent $90 which I did not have, but like i said it was a special occasion, and we were all excited. Unfortunately when we went to get our food there wasn’t any and when I say there wasn’t any I mean , there WASN’T ANY,no pizzas , no chicken, no mashed potatoes, no lettuce at the salad bar, no dessert pizzas, the ice cream machine was broken. Finally when there was some food we got chicken.. Sadly the chicken was raw and bloody on the inside. I did find one of the workers and showed him the plate and let him know that it was raw and was a danger to be out there. I wish I would have taken a picture of that also,while in the ladies bathroom, it was disturbing and disgusting all at once!
There was toilet paper on the ground with poop on it, obviously you can tell that a little kid did it. And there was poop smeared on the door.Also there was no soap and what they had for soap was a bottle of dish soap to use the kind you had to squeeze out of the top. I have eaten at this location many times but have never experienced anything like this before In any business I’ve been into. I was wondering where the manager was and what he was doing and why he was not taking charge of the situation or if there was a problem why the owner was not notified and in there.
