This place was absolutely disgusting on the inside. We only received half of our order after ordering through the drive thru. This required my husband to have to go inside multiple times to retrieve the items we realized were missing including both of our sides. To make matters worse, my husband was trying to drink his sweet tea through his straw but nothing was coming out. Upon taking the lid off and drinking from the cup he realized there was a HUGE piece of nasty plastic inside his drink. This is absolutely unacceptable and there’s no way someone didn’t see it!! Had we not been so far away, we would have turned around and asked for our money back. See pics!

Visited accidentally! Was in Columbus and saw them on the way to Cooper’s Hawk. Hadn’t been to a Church’s in FOREVER. Firstly, it was dirty. Like world class dirty, too. But the service was decent, even though the manager told us she was giving us an extra piece of chicken. We left and discovered later that she did not. Oh, well, we weren’t owed anything. But the food was hot, good, and well cooked! No denying that Church’s has some of the best fast food chicken… next to Bojangles, of course. They need to clean this place up though. But I’ll go again because its fire.

Had to go inside to place order which took so long to order because they didn’t know boneless options they had along with other options missing. Then it took 37 mins to get a dried 3 piece and had to wait for the chicken wrap an extra 15 min to have to tell them to remake my cold 3 piece they tried to serve me in that dirty environment.

Placed an online order for ASAP pick up and ended up waiting over half an hour to 45 minutes on fast food. We placed a family order for a 20-piece tender, takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the restaurant to find out our order was not ready when it said it was online.
Now I don’t know if the store is just short staffed or what the case is, but there seems to be no sense of urgency for something that is meant to be fast food. I have just finally received my order as I’m writing this review and got home to find out there is no honey butter on our biscuits and we didn’t receive any of our sides. Food is also cold.
UPDATE: I returned to the establishment to inform them of what was missing and the food being cold. I requested to have it all done fresh again. The woman, who seems to be a shift manager, tried to gaslight me about them having just dropped the chicken in the fryer when she previously told me it was the okra, and that’s all we were waiting on, which was missing from our order. Our order was placed at almost 3:00 PM, and it is now 4:30… for fast food.

They were trying to sell me chicken that has been sitting for hours. When I looked at it. I said I don’t want this. She said we can’t take it back. I raised so much hell. They gave us fresh cooked chicken. The mash potatoes were cold. I told her their cold. She took it and gave me back the same cold potatoes. There were no caps for our side dishes. That falls on the manager. They are supposed to order necessary things ahead of time. They couldn’t serve me on the inside

Visited this Church’s and it was worst experience by far. Ordered the 4 piece dark and every piece was overcooked and dried out. Church’s used to have better quality chicken than this and I will not be going back to this location ever to waste my money.

Takes forever to get your food, even if you order ahead. The inside is absolutely disgusting to the point I will exclusively use the drive-thru at this location. Except this time where I was forced to come inside to hang out in the filth. The employees were rude with me and argued with each other while I waited. I understand why its always empty here

One word, rough!
This was my first time ever having church’s chicken and I wouldn’t go back. The interior is not good. Tables were dirty. The bathroom was gross, the men’s says out of order, the walls look ghetto. The cashier had messed up our order and called over a woman to assist, she then rang up 3 orders instead of 2. They didn’t know how to refund and had to call for the walk through. Once we got the food there was a piece of plastic on one of the chicken pieces. We could overhear the female worker complaining up a storm for working there over a year and the male worker getting hired to make more money. It was just a disaster. Would not recommend!

Went there today to pick up dinner for my family of 6. I went online and ordered a spicy dark 3pc w sweet tea and spicy rice, and a 10pc dark w/ Mac, mashed potatoes, 5 biscuits. Also a jalapeno.
When I got there I was told they only had breasts and thighs, which was fine, but they were also out of Mac, rice, and sweet tea. I asked for fanta, mashed and okra as replacements.
Got home and there were no biscuits, no jalapeno, and the 3pc wasn’t spicy ♂️
We were disappointed. But at least the staff was pleasant ♂️
