Was pretty disappointed in the whole experience. Employees were not really engaged. Manager was getting money out of the safe and never spoke. The lady that came to the front assuming she was a manager on duty came to the front and saw customers waiting and walked out. Maybe her hours were up. Food was cold and not fresh. Fries were hot, but overall experience was not up to par. Could use some coaching from the GM.

I was going to Wendy’s but noticed the drive line was long and I was in a hurry.
Hardee’s next door only had one customer and they were at the window. I placed my order for a Hardee burger and drink and pulled behind the other vehicle. Half an hour later neither of us had received our order. A car behind me pulled over to a parking space went inside and moments later left with his order. I finally backed out and left. I saw them handing the vehicle in front of me a bag as I left the lot.
Twice before I have set at the ordering location for several minutes before giving up without placing an order.

My friends and I stopped by Hardee’s at 9:30 pm. They got a bagged meal all I wanted was an apple pie and coffee. The guy who I guess was the manager said he didn’t have either one of those items.
I know the closing time was 10:00 pm but I have worked fast food before and we had food available until closing
I’m not sure what closing procedures are, but I was really surprised.
I’ll still go to Hardee’s. I like the food, but just surprised something a simple as an apple pie and coffee wasn’t available.

I stopped i today and got a number 1 meal, cheeseburger with fries. The meat looked like it had sat in a warmer for a long time. It was dark and shriveled up. The tomatos were parts and pieces, and the lettuce was old. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I have had some really good burgers from Hardees, but lately, it has gone down the tubes. By the way, I didn’t finish the burger.

Can’t remember the last time fast food made me want to rate the experience, but then again, I have not eaten at a Hardee’s restaurant in probably 30 years!
Our breakfast today was great! The biscuits are incredible! I’m sad I can only eat one breakfast a day!
Looked like they were short staffed today, but service was good all things considered.
Dining area definitely needed a walk-through.
We will be back though!

I had an issue with my food yesterday. I don’t normally do this, but I called the manager, Kevin, and I told him what was going on. He wanted to make it right and so I went back today and they served me one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. 10/10 ✅

Man I love the food at Hardee’s. Rocks good burgers and fries but I have to say this location has gotten bad lately on the quality of the food . The fries are old an cold an not worth the 3.50 for the med. 4 bucks for sum rubber cold fries . My way of thinking is if I pay 15 bucks a meal it better be rocking the picture they put on billboards not yesterday’s stuff . Y’all need to tighten up .
