Best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too. Food was tastey (always is) but the service at this location was INCREDIBLE. Workers came up to our table to offer additional sauces, asked if we needed anything, etc. Then another worker came up and took all our trash and asked if we needed anything. So so so friendly as well. I was amazed and had a wonderful dining experience. To the workers at this location – you are amazing and your kindness is much appreciated

We had a really great experience here today! Dave was so friendly and kindly took our order and made sure everything was correct, even when we had a partial dine in and partial take out order, assuring everything for take out was bagged separately so that it could be easily carried. Our dine in food was hot and delicious and everything came out in a timely manner and correctly. We also had other friendly staff ask us if we needed anything else and even take our trays and trash. Even though the restaurant was busy, the tables were cleaned shortly after guests left to make sure there was plenty of available seating. The bathroom facilities were also very clean and well stocked. Overall a great experience and one of the best locations in Columbus in my opinion.

I can never get a response from anyone at this location so clearly they do not care about customer experience, but I will share here. Every time we come to this location they mess up our order or forget something. Even if the food itself is correct they don’t remember the dressing, condiments, items that are supposed to go in your soup and salad, etc. It’s so bad I bought a bottle of their dressing from the store because they never remember to include it. I guess shame on me for not checking better in the Drive-Thru but it’s hard to dig through everything while cars are waiting behind you. And sometimes I quickly look and think everything is there only to get home and realize they left items out. On my last order we spent almost $40 on two adult meals and one kids meal. The fries were cold and the container was not even close to full. One of our soups was only about halfway filled and they forgot to include the toppings. The other soup had the lid barely put on and they had it stacked up on top of other food so when we grab the bags it fell over and spilled into the bag. We got home only to find out they didn’t put any toppings on one of our sandwiches and they forgot the salad dressing and the dipping sauce for the nuggets. I have tried repeatedly to give feedback but I never get a response. I’ve even gone so far as to blatantly ask for money back because they forgot to include actual food items and nothing! There is a lot I like about this place but I am tired of wasting money. It isn’t cheap. On a positive note, food is typically good and they are friendly and efficient at the drive-thru. It’s just really disappointing that not only do they fail to get orders correct, but that no one cares.

I’m giving this one really a two-star the chicken nuggets were a little overcooked. This is the first time I’ve ever had Chick-fil-A Miss but the nuggets were overcooked. I also tried a new drink, the watermelon mint. It’s overpriced. It was okay but you don’t get refills on it. And of course they loaded down with ice so two sips is gone. I just wanted to try some different. It was okay. The watermelon tastes artificial but either way I’m giving it total four star only because I know Chick-fil-A can be better but this particular location is my first time going there. One of the best locations in Cbus as far as recieving promotions/rewards in my email or Chickfila App. This location usually sends Free Food Promos every 2 weeks or more. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE OPERATOR ZACH!! I truely cant get tired of Chickfila’s Grilled Chicken Deluxe Sandwhich!! I could eat this every single day and never get grow tired. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!! The staff is always very helpful and fast due to this place always being busy. This location also offers a play area which is very clean and surprising very quiet due to it being enclosed with glass to be able to eat and watch your kids play.

This location is very nice! They get to you fast and the staff is friendly. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/Colby Jack Cheese and a Small Fry. It was delicious as always.
