I haven’t been to a Shakey’s in over 20 years so I was really looking forward to coming here. My wife and I came with our two grandkids (12 & 15 years old) and my two sister-in-laws. The restaurant was packed when we arrived and we got one of the last available tables. We ordered a half loaf of the garlic cheese bread, a half order of mojos, a deep dish cheese pizza, a regular cheese pizza and a Shakey’s Special. The garlic cheese bread was rich and delicious with plenty of melted cheese. The mojos were hot, fresh, crispy and perfectly golden and also tasted delicious. The stars of the show didn’t disappoint. The kids loved both kinds of cheese pizza. They had plenty of cheese and just the right amount of sauce. With thick (pan) and thin we had the best of both worlds. The Shakey’s Special was the main attraction with pepperoni, salami, beef, sausage, mushrooms and olives. This was great and didn’t disappoint and brought back many good memories. The grandkids also enjoyed the vintage video games and pin ball machines after dinner. Shakey’s was great. It was enjoyed by all and we will be back soon.

For a touch of nostalgia, we visited Shakey’s Pizza Parlor in Renton today. From the sign, to the pizza and mojo’s it reminded us of childhood visits long ago in our hometowns.
Service was friendly and the place was hopping! We ordered the Garden Veggie Pizza, a full size order of Mojo Potatoes and a 2 piece order of fried chicken. Everything was served hot, crispy and tasty.
It was fun seeing the retro games, full tables and families coming together to celebrate the day. Glad to see that Shakey’s is still a community gathering place!

Hello, I love the Renton location of Shakey’s Pizza ever since I ate there for the first time a few weeks ago. We called Shakey’s pizza to see if they offered gluten free crust before driving there. The person on the phone said yes they do. However, upon driving there we found out they only offer vegetarian pizza, not gluten free. I simply chose to look at things quite optimistically, and did get upset. Immediately began to look over the menu. Saw they had Jojo’s, and asked if they would be able to put pizza toppings over the Jojo’s. The manager said she thought, they would be able to do that. They would just charge us for whatever size pizza we wanted. Quite honestly the best pizza I have eaten in a long time. The friendliness, and great customer service of the staff here is outstanding. Truly quite a great place to eat absolutely great employees here. The pizza is always delicious, and pipping hot. Also if they do make a mistake they are quick to resolve the issues no questions asked. Everything I have typed is my own personal feelings I cannot speak for anyone else who has eaten here.

I used to go to the old Shakey’s in Renton as a child, I haven’t been in probably 30+ years, I got mojos, chicken, garlic cheese bread and a meat lovers pizza, it didn’t disappoint!! All of it was fantastic!!! The only thing I missed was the viewing window, the old movies, the huge tables, but the food is fire !!!!

The pizza & mojos are very tasty! They do not skimp on the pizza toppings & the pizza crust & mojos are crisp. I haven’t been to a salad bar in forever and it was very fresh & clean!
The manager came by to see how everything was & she was very friendly. The cashier was very friendly also.
There are also a few arcade games to play, which was fun.
My partner was especially nostalgic since he used to go to a Shakey’s all the time after baseball as a kid. He was super excited to learn there was a Shakey’s still open so thank you for giving him that!

Started eating Shakeys Pizza in 1973, Concord California. This is not that pizza. The owners have opted to buy cheaper ingrediants for their pizza’s. The toppings were very mild. When in your mouth, you couldn’t tell salami from pepperoni. Everything blended together. There was no explosion of flavors. The crust was cracker thin and rock hard. The best way to describe this pizza would be…think MOD Pizza but with way less flavor. We were sad. Nice place to visit, but not a real Shakeys. If your in the mood for a Shakeys Pizza, better go to a Round Table Pizza. They taste just like the original Shakeys. They’re even from Concord California!

Shakey’s has some of the best quality, fast, and relatively cheap pizza in the area. Old timey vibes, are completed with an arcade area for the kids. I ordered a Shakey’s Signature pizza with no mushrooms or olives and it was fantastic.
The crust was crispy and perfectly cooked. The pizza was ready in about 10-15 minutes and they even have a dine-in option. Highly recommend!

It’s Been many years since I have been to this Shakey’s one of the only ones left in Washington, I actually forgot about it until my wife wanted to find a good salad bar, she said that Shakey’s has a salad bar, so we decided to go get a small pizza, salad bar and Mojo’s, it was a great decision, we will be back again even though it is probably 10 miles away for us and past many other pizza joints, it is worth the trip, don’t forget the croutons, dried onions and sunflower seeds for your salad ! !

This is a hold over from the old days when Shakey’s was the place to go with the entire family for pizza and chicken. Service was very good, food was “just OK”. The evening I was there was not very busy yet it took 35 minutes to get pizza. The chicken was delicious so greasy it made me feel ill later. Maybe my expectations were too high because nostalgically, I was thinking what it was like 40 years ago. I probably will never go back.

As a life long lover of Shakey’s it’s so nice we still have one in Washington. We live up north in Arlington Wa but make routine trips into Renton for the best pizza and mojo’s on earth. The employees here are so friendly and accommodating. Our car club just had our admin meeting here and they were awesome and even put our name on the reader board, it was an awesome suprise. Thank you so much and we will definatly be back again soon.
