I just hope you all are using the McDonald’s APP.
I’ve been to about 26-27 states now in the US and TWO countries that have Mcds. I don’t eat Mcds often, but YIKES. The prices here, it’s as if Mcds is struggling at this location, or the greed is outrageous. $7.19 for a sausage egg McMuffin . But $2.00 with the app.
I was told $20.00 for 10 piece nuggets. I’m waiting for the lunch menu to pop up to add the photo.
This is the most expensive McDonald’s ever. Luckily I don’t care for Mcds anymore. What a rip off.

I asked if they still had 2 Sausage McMuffins for $5. She said they had Sausage and McGriddles. I didn’t want a McGriddle so I ordered the Sausage McMuffin Meal and added the 2nd McMuffin. She said it was $17.00. When I got to the window I asked again. She said they ‘DO’ have 2 for 5 Sausage McMuffins’. So why didn’t she just say “yes” when I asked the first time. I had her correct my order and now the same food was only $10.00! (trying to rip me off). When I got my coke, it was a medium, I told her I ordered a Large. She said I’d have to pull up and they’d bring a large out to me. I said, why don’t you just turn to your left and pour me a large from the machine. She said, No, I had to pull up, her “ringer was going off”….whatever that means. I told her it makes no sense, its right there, why do I need to pull up? She told me to keep the medium and closed the window on me. Unbelievable! This is why McDonald’s gets bad reviews. Two older women who couldn’t care less. Not friendly at all.

I talked with a nice guy from the local store but he told me I need to order from him to get what they offer on the kiosk but I just don’t think it’s that important that I need to call before I drive down there for a Sausage McMuffin and coffee.

I unfortunately frequently visit this location. 1 out of 3 times there’s some kind of issue. I’m either missing items or items I’ve customized aren’t prepared properly. Well today I visited because the Monopoly promotion is back and I was interested. The app shows you items that you’ll receive game pieces on and unfortunately I was told certain items don’t have the pieces even after seeing videos online of people getting the exact same items having pieces on their items. I questioned the employee and was told I was wrong. Got my food and left and of course they once again didn’t give me my entire order. So I had to park and go inside to be told I was wrong again they gave me my items. Had to wait to get it taken care of but it’s ridiculous that this location has such horrible service constantly. I might have to start driving across town to the other location and hopefully the staff is better there.

Did the order my self 4 5.oo meals 1 no mustard came with mustard it looked slapped together with burned patty 1 katsup only and the buger was burned and so was the bun the katsup looked like they just slapped it on there the regular mcdouble burned and was falling apart bun burned the mc chicken s mayo was bad and no recept was given the view of the kitchen looked a mess it was not clean i was discussed with the food I would have taken it back to them but it’s 15 minutes away from where we are staying we didn’t eat it throw it away with the amount of pay they are getting they should have gotten better about making the food with pride they have no pride in what they do anymore it’s sad will not eat from them anymore

The person up front was arguing with a customer who mentioned the outrageous prices not matching the amount of sauce provided. This economy is hard and customers have the right to air their grievances. She had a nasty attitude.

Every so often my wife and I stop for lunch.
Ordered two big Mac’s- both special order with additional pickles, onions and no salt.
Neither were cooked to order and both patties were overcooked and cold. When u special order the burger it is supposed to be made fresh- these didn’t seem freshly made.
This is one of the only reasons I go to McDonald’s.
Service was good.
