Our favorite place to eat is Arby’s! We love their curly fries, their sandwiches, and the milkshakes are amazing! I’ve noticed the Brisket sandwich has went downhill recently. It’s thrown together and sauce is usually thrown on the side like someone’s in a hurry to throw it to you. That’s disappointing as it was my favorite. I’ve quit ordering this sandwich because of this. However, we still visit this Arby’s regularly and have no issues with the other sandwiches and sides we order.
We tend to do drive thru when we visit but recently went inside to eat and it’s really clean + well maintained! The booths are also comfortable.
Complaint: If you ask for any sauce while getting your bag, they will give you TWO. I always have to say “I need a ton of sauce, don’t be giving me just two now” and they tend to give you a little more.

Y’all, this location went out of thier way this weekend to ensure my dietary request was heard and fulfilled. Miss Karen on the register was so nice. My food was prepared quickly and hot.

Great location & convenient to I-40. Friendly & helpful staff. Food is as expected. I had nuggets curly fries & a Jamoca shake. The shake was a bit weak compared to others I’ve had, but still good. Sauces available on the counter in pumps. Nice to see those resurfacing following the pandemic.

I don’t usually post reviews but I went arbys today and it was awful I waited 30 minutes on food. One worker bout in tears short staffed. One customer told them he in hurry or need money back they kinda slammed bag counter. I understand when short staffed but don’t take out customers not our fault. After waiting for food home it was cold looked like sandwiches flattened. Breakfast always fast maybe need train evening crew. Please do better I know fast food is hard I’ve worked it but remember customer can’t help your short staffed

My son and I went thru the drive thru around 11:30 am. today and ordered smoked BBQ brisket, beef and cheddar, curly fries, and potato cakes. The lady even asked me at the window if I needed any sauces, I said ketchup and three spicy peppers. I usually am pretty good at checking my order. However, this time, I made a mistake of only counting that i have all the orders but not checking on the sandwich itself. Well, 60 miles away when I was ready to chow down on my BBQ brisket low and behold, not a drop of BBQ sauce found! In the sandwich or the bag. This makes me believe the lady who took my order did it on purpose because there was a printed out req for BBQ packets (I didn’t ask for one, btw) so the person who made the sandwich did exactly what was on that print, like no sauce in the sandwich but on the side. But i didn’t order it like that. If i want that, i would have ordered one very dry smoked brisket, no bbq sauce. But that was the whole point of getting a bbq brisket.. needless to say, i was very disappointed.

Well we went there around 10:05 at night about an hour before they close at 11 and ordered just curly fries a regular and a cheeseburger and we specifically told them to give us ketchup and mustard because they said they won’t put it on there so we get the food and go home open the bag the fries for one was not a regular it was a small then they proceeded to not put any sauces what so ever so just a plain cheeseburger and we think no big deal we have ketchup here we put it on it take a bite of it and the inside is literally pink and unfinished that just was the cherry on top to the trash food and service we got from them why dose every fast food place have to be like this ridiculous literally a raw hamburger on top of all the other crap ahhh

Honestly the only thing is when you pay full price for something you should get the full product not half I ordered 2 cups of cheddar both put together didn’t make a whole same with the meat and their fries anymore are just scraps yes their food is delicious but if I pay for something thats what I want

Everytime we go thru the drive thru they short you this time was 2 orders of cheese sticks, time before order French dip they bring order then tell you were out of onion dip,,try to call this time they won’t answer. Need to hire people to do their job right I’m done with this place

Today was the best experience I have had at this location the past few times I have gone. The curly fries were absolutely amazing. They were hot and fresh whereas the previous times they were old and cold. Thanks Arby’s of Newport, TN for stepping up your A game and ensuring my food was hot and fresh. I’ll definitely be back and hope my food is just as amazing the next time as it was this time.

Their Roast beef is delicious with or without cheddar! The turkey swiss bacon ranch sandwich taste great, Ham and Swiss sandwich taste great too!
