I went to this location today and had a terrible experience. I am typically not the “Karen” type to complain and leave bad reviews but the service was so bad that I have to leave this review.

I came in during a not-so busy time it was around 1:50 pm. I ordered at kiosk and sat at the table 20 minutes had gone by and my order had not been called out. Meanwhile about 5-6 people had came in after me, ordered and then got their food and left. I finally walked up to the counter and asked about the status of my order and what looked to be a supervisor or manager was there and told me that they were working on it so I go sit back down. Another 10 minutes goes by and 2 more people come in and order and get their food and leave. So I go back once again and ask where my order is, since we are going on 30 minutes it’s past 2:20 pm. I had a very simple order, it was a double quarter pounder meal with large combo with no customization to it just as it is. A kid walks up and asks me what I ordered I told him he goes in the back and gets in. I told him I’d been waiting for 30 minutes at that point and watched more than a half dozen people walk in order and leave and he hands me my food doesn’t say a word. No apology, nothing acted like he didn’t care. No apology from the manager. This is unacceptable. They were not super busy no excuse for this. I will not be coming back to this location again.

Went today to get Two pumpkin coffees and the Gold McCrispy. I received the best fiendliest service, fast service, not only that but the Pumpkin coffee was amazing! The ladh at the window was working so hard and giving A+ Service!!!

So the McDonald’s on topside road at 1909 Marriott Drive, Louisville, TN had a change in management. The GM was let go over the past couple of days or quit She has advised some employees before this change they had days off. The acting GM decided to change the schedule for a couple of employees who already had been told prior to this said acting GM taking over that they had the day off. One kid was out of town. We told the new acting GM after he threatened via group text that my son was told he had been scheduled off by the other GM prior to him taking over. He still insisted they were both a no call no show and all schedule changes were through him and Jodi at this time, and anything authorized prior was not a valid change. He was cancelling all prior time off requests approved or not. People can’t just drop everything and be there in 30 minutes. He texted my son and another employee that they had 30 minutes to get there in a group text or they were terminated. Why not reach out and asked them why they are not there. Instead automatically threatening people to be terminated. My son was told he was off, and was doing school work because he’s still in school when he got these texts. I just wanted y’all to know how they are treating employees. I get that it’s McDonald’s, but a manager should not threaten people via group text with termination. Very unprofessional. I don’t think the owner of the franchise would agree either with how this acting GM is acting on their behalf. His name is Jake. I have screenshots for how he handles his employees with threats via group text. Not a way I would want any manager of mine to go about managing employees on my behalf.

Paid over 30 dollars on the app then when I get down there they say they are closed. Why is the app stating it’s open for 3 more hour and why is it accepting orders? This is bull and I better get me money back!!!! Not to mention almost every time I ordered from here it’s wrong maybe if y’all quit hiring dumb kids that just wanna stand around and flirt with each other maybe y’all’s rating might go up

Just left this establishment, overheard a bunch of teens (employees) have a great time having a loud conversation asking a female employee if she would like to have a dump taken on her chest. Then continued to joke around and absolutely ignore an individual needing service. I received my food and I’d say it was a major inconvenience for them to wrap my food bc I got a bag of dumped fries and burgers sitting at the bottom with wrappers thrown on top. So needless to say I will not be returning. Let’s not forget to mention the lack of hygiene in the workplace I witnessed several people handle various things and play with their hair and not wash their hands l.

I have never called in or emailed a customer. complaint until now. This specific restaurant has had some serious problems with service & other issues. I went through drive thru and the male said the frappaccino machine was not working for to it not being cleaned. He asked for my code. He was very short with me. I placed my order, but he took it down wrong. I said it was wrong and he said don’t worry about it just come to the 1st window. When I got to the window the female gave me a bag with my order. Of course the order was wrong again, like it is every single time I go. The bisquits were not even wrapped in paper as they should be. The jelly was missing as well. I handed it back and said this is wrong, please fix it. The female manager removed my bisquits with no gloves on and wrapped the them up and gave me back the bag. It is as if nobody cares about their jobs anymore in fast food. SAD!!! That’s not sanitary by any means. 2ndly, why would the Frappuccino machine need cleaned the 1st thing in the morning when everyone heading to work usually orders coffee? Every time I go to this McDonald’s, because it’s the closest to my home/work, something is wrong with my order. Everyone has bad days, I get that, but this is EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE. Something has got to be done. I’m not the only one that complains about this particular McDonald’s. Do better! Hire better! And folks want $18 dollars an hour to work fast food. The prices are so freaking high anymore, and the food is not even worth that much, let alone the crappy service you get.

WORST service. The manager the same young girl past few months once insulted me the door dasher because I was “watching what she was doing” She had a problem I was watching and making sure it was right because THEY MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES and on top of that the orders are always around 12 minutes later than what it’s supposed to be so if you’re dashing you’re gonna be screwed. This place is the kind of place and I’ve seen it every single time every single day were I see about on average eight different customers walk in look and then walk right back out or the ones that are still in line or just angry because they’ve been in line for so darn long and if you listen to the workers the atmosphere is god-awful I feel sorry for the people that work there simply don’t come here just don’t like save your money

To whom it may concern,

Good morning. I have never called into or emailed a customer complaint until now. This specific restaurant has had some serious problems with customer service as well as many other issues. This morning, as I got to the speaker in the drive through, the young man answered asking if I had a code to use. I said yes. Before I could even start my order, I was told that the Frappuccino machine was not working due to it having to be cleaned. This was one of the things I wanted to order. In fact, every time I go to this particular establishment their machine is ALWAYS down due to cleaning. People get up early in the morning to go to work and would like a coffee/Frappuccino so one would think that this certain machine would be cleaned the night before as the store was closing. Maybe that makes too much sense, I don’t know. Secondly, I ordered 2 biscuits and some strawberry jelly at the drive thru. The person at the speaker taking my order was very much not with the program of taking orders correctly, not to mention he had no personality. After taking my order, things on the screen were not right. He said he would fix them internally and to go ahead and pull to the next window. When I arrived at said window, I was handed a bag of what should have been my meal. I always check in my bag to be sure that everything is correct. IT’S NEVER CORRECT, NEVER!!! I was missing the jelly like always, and not to mention when I opened my bag, my biscuits were not even wrapped. Like whom the heck does not care enough about their job to not wrap the food correctly and as it should be??? This was upsetting to say the least. I handed the bag back to the person at the window and watched her give it to two other people, one being the manager. They both proceeded to take my biscuit out of the bag without any gloves on and wrap it with the paper like it should have been in the 1st place. I don’t care who you are, but this would upset anyone that is ordering food from anywhere, including YOU! Everyone has bad days, and I understand that, but this is where I draw the line. In this day and world, everyone is complaining about not getting paid enough at their jobs, especially fast-food workers. Most of which probably get paid way more than they should be getting paid. If you can’t take pride in your work, then maybe you should just stay home and play video games in your momma’s basement. The first time something like this happened, I chalked it up to the people working were just having an off day. Sadly, I would soon find out that this is not the case. This particular McDonald’s is the closest one to my workplace, so it makes sense that if I wanted to get a quick coffee or meal on my way to work, I would go to this one and not go to another one that would be miles away. DO BETTER! This has become the norm nowadays. The amount of money you charge for anything on the menu is so much more now, but the quality of service is SO MUCH LESS. WHY???
