Terrible!!! Horrible Service!!! STAY AWAY! I wasted so much time going to the drive thru for a mobile pick up order that was not ready at the 45 minute after the actual pick up time. There was a delightful young lady at the window who was trying to be helpful but unfortunately that was where the help stopped. There was a bigger lady who came to the window very confrontational until I asked can how much longer was the wait and then she got her manager. The manager told me she wasn’t sure how much longer or if I could have a refund. Right at the 55 minute mark my order was handed to me incomplete and incorrect. The order had onions on it but I am allergic to them, french fries and onion rings where cold. The drinks where missing, the sister who had a separate order at the same store however we told they never got the order to the store. I ended up just leaving the store due to being in the drive through for 1 hour. Dont waste your money or more importantly your time here!

Got a whopper with cheese. They added cheese and microwaved the entire burger. The hot mayo got me sick with severe food poisoning plus they only offer u med or large on meal sizes. U have to ask for small. The headset has AI if they even mention small they get in trouble.

Dropped by to treat myself on Valentine’s day during my lunch break. Received fast and kind service. Also got a crown and a “you rule!” so that was really fun.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by an unpleasant scent of weed, which immediately set a negative tone. The restroom left much to be desired, with a lack of cleanliness and a wet floor. Disappointingly, there was no hot water from the faucet, a discomfort particularly felt during the winter. On a positive note, the food and staff were satisfactory, providing a somewhat redeeming aspect to the overall experience.

The worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. Waited for an hour in the drive thru line. The manager was really really rude about the issue and kept saying they was working on it. Got my food after an hour and i my order was wrong. DONT GO HERE!

This place sucks, dont go here. They dont make their food right, which isnt hard, and I’ve had junk like hair in my food on 2 occasions. I guess shame on me for giving it a try a second time after that.
Also tried to get my money back in the app and they told me they could give me a 10 dollar coupon for having hair in my food. Absolutely a joke, if only bk was like it used to be in the 90s.
Won’t ever go here, or probably any bk, ever again.

Not sure what the drive through people are doing but it’s definitely not working. I have no clue how they could be this slow. Currently sitting in line, it’s been 20 minutes, and haven’t heard a single voice on the speaker. Not sure why I even try here anymore.

I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes before I left, waiting for my food I already paid for and the drive through never moved once! The last time I went I didn’t even get my full order, the workers here are incredibly incompetent and all need to be evaluated or replaced

Service was just okay, asked for no mayo on chicken sandwich and of course there was a lot of mayo.

Not bad decent service . Fries were hot . Sandwiches were made fresh but over did the mayo on the double whopper falling apart and my pretzel burgers meat was burnt around the edges . For the most part the store was clean . Thats my experience judge for your own . Actual rating 3.5 could have been better .
