I arrived around 8:45 PM, which is still far from closing time. The young man who helped me was really straight to the point and matter of fact. It’s my first time there and I’m reading off in order to him and he really was rushing me. He barely made eye contact with me as if I was invisible. Once he finished my two orders, he started working with someone else. I didnt know he was done nor that I had to go down to another lady who never made eye contact with me or said a word to me. I finally realized I needed to talk to her as she was the cashier. She wasn’t friendly at all. She told me how much and said thank you and walked away. The place was not clean certain spots of the floor was wet, which is a liability and it was just overall a very hollow experience. I will NOT be returning there and would recommend those of you who want to have experience excellent customer service at a chipotle, avoid this one . I suggest you go to the one on Roxboro Rd. They provide excellent customer service and the place is always clean and lastly , you always feel valued as a customer. . I was ordering the food for two of my family members so they would have to taste the food. The food appeared to be fresh. It looked good. I don’t know.

Usually, I do not post negative reviews, but I feel the need to share this experience. I was genuinely surprised by the way the food was served. Normally, when you order food, you receive a standard scoop of each item, which is completely fine. If you want extra, you pay for it. I understand that.
However, in this case, the employee did not even give me a full scoop. He gave me half a scoop and left the other half still in the spoon. When I asked why the portion was so small, I was told that they are not allowed to give a normal scoop, not two scoops, not even one full scoop, just a reduced amount.
As a result, my bowl was almost flat. I am not someone who eats a lot, and I am fairly lightweight, but even for me, the portion size was shockingly small. On top of that, the chicken was burned.

I’am not sure why the beans were undercooked and taste like water, the rice seems like they used too much water as well. The chicken was like shredded chicken and seems burnt. Seems like they served the food from the previous night. I didn’t go in. I had my daughter to go inside and this was around opening time. Never again. Go to another chipotle because trust me if I would have checked the food before leaving and headed back my way I would have returned it for my money back. I had everyone in the car to try the food to make sure it wasn’t just me. Taste like what I think dog food would taste like.

Just came in for the BOGO deal if you wear a sweater just for the cashiers to hassle me about it not being “extra”. They made both bowls and I ended up just walking out after being told they’d just throw the other bowl in the trash. Poor customer service here typically. Plus the tables are always messy. And the rice is hard. Would not recommended this one.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Chipotle. I went here today for lunch and I found not one, but TWO flies in our food! It was so revolting!!! We were on the verge of throwing up right there! We spent over $20 for this disgusting meal, and it’s clear that this place doesn’t care about keeping things clean. My wife has health issues, and God forbid she had eaten this—it could have made her seriously ill. The lack of sanitation is beyond unacceptable, and I wouldn’t trust this place with anyone’s health. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

I’ve been bearing this chipotle because it’s in a convenient location for me, but I think I’ve reached the end of my rope. For at least a year, the hand sanitizer dispenser has been broken and/or empty, the meat is not infrequently overcooked and dry, and the lettuce is very often not fully cut through so it’s long and stringy. That, I could handle. But today, I looked down in between inhalations of my (overcooked) steak bowl and found some sort of winged creature. Maybe a fly, maybe something else, I don’t know and I don’t care. I immediately lost my appetite and left in disgust. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this location.

I usually leave only good reviews, but this deserves some attention. I have come here for years because it’s right across from where I work. Today was my last time, sadly.
Service was beyond terrible. I found a plastic sticker in my guac while I was eating, so I didn’t even get 2 tacos worth out of this bowl.
I requested what I always do: 2 tacos to go in a tin or bowl, and the manager started yelling that I “can’t do that. And then continuing to talk loudly about how I was trying to get more food.” The poor kid who was trying to help me was so confused, and everyone was looking at me. I was super embarrassed and just said “what ever, please put food in the bowl. I promise I’m not trying to cheat the taco system.” I was super embarrassed. The girl rolled her eyes at me when I was obviously frustrated and ancxious.
I actually wanted less food, surprising from a fat lady, I know but 3 tacos is too many. The taco bowl is ginormous. I just wanted the smaller portion.
I paid $16 for way more food than I can eat, and it will not last overnight (because I get guac, it gets nasty). I couldn’t eat it anyway because it had plastic stickers in it and it is overpriced in general.
Because I can usually come here and eat quietly and the staff has historically been nice, I liked it, especially because social anxiety and familiarity kinda worked in Chipotle’s favor. Never chancing that again, and I hope this review spares someone else the experience.
