I had a great experience at Quilla Peruvian Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and tasted truly authentic.
The pollo saltado was delicious — tender chicken, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The chaufa was well cooked, not greasy, and had that classic Peruvian-Chinese taste that hits just right. The papa rellena was crispy on the outside, soft inside, and very tasty.
Service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and portions were satisfying. You can really tell they put care into the food.
Highly recommend if you want authentic Peruvian flavors. Definitely coming back!

This is a great place for a quick and delicious meal. Peruvian food is often vey good and this place does not disappoint. The seafood in particular was delectable. Prices are also reasonable, considering the general cost of eating out these days.

So glad my family and I chose this place for our family dinner of 16! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and seamless, especially for such a large group. Every single dish ordered around the table was raved about, which says a lot when you’re feeding 16 people with different tastes! We ordered a ton of food, yet I somehow only managed to capture one picture—lol—but honestly, that just proves how good it was and how much we were enjoying ourselves. Great food, great service, and a perfect spot for a large family gathering. We’ll definitely be back!

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Our waiter Ricardo was amazing: super helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. He made great recommendations and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the meal.

This place has quickly become one of my family’s favorites!! Rodrigo made us feel so welcome and answered all of our questions. We had the mussels, seafood ceviche, half chicken and skirt steak and literally everything. Was. Incredible. Can’t wait to come back!!!

We visited Quilla Sabor a Perú in Rahway to celebrate my sister-in-law Titi’s birthday, and the experience was truly outstanding. We ordered arroz con mariscos, tallarines a la huancaína with steak, and a classic bistec a lo pobre — every single dish was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and full of authentic Peruvian flavor. For the price, the value you receive here is exceptional.
A special shoutout to Juan Diego, who provided phenomenal service the entire night. He was attentive, friendly, and made the celebration even better.
A couple of small notes for future guests:
• The pisco sour arrived a bit too acidic for our taste, but the team kindly adjusted it and made it sweeter upon request.
• There is a $2.50 fee per slice of cake if you bring your own to celebrate. Not a problem at all — just good to know in advance.
Overall, Quilla Sabor a Perú delivered an amazing dinner and a memorable birthday celebration. Highly recommended!
