Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Came through late and ordered my usual custom BIG RANCH WRAP with double meat, extra large cheese slices, and added ketchup + spicy ketchup packets. Eric was on the line and absolutely crushed it—burger was perfectly made, loaded just right, and tasted amazing. Shoutout to him for the spot-on execution!
When there was a small mix-up on their side with the order, the lady manager stepped in and handled everything super cordially and professionally. She worked with me patiently, got it fixed quick, and made sure I left happy. No attitude, just great service.
Food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot as always. This location’s team really went above and beyond tonight—thanks Eric and manager! Will definitely be back. Whataburger still the GOAT in Austin.

Do not recommend this place at all.I went had 3 combos.n That were supposed to have bacon that I paid for and did not have bacon. Not only that, but the buns were soggy, so I go the next day with my receipt and ask for a refund.And they only want to refund Or make me one meal , and I forgot to mention that my fries were old so the lady that was attending me , calls her boss and this is what the boss tell her to do so I kindly asked, can I at least be refunded for the bacon that I paid for and did not receive.She refused and proceeded to process my order for the one combo. I get that combo and the fresh fries.But my burger still came with soggy buns , not happy at all

For the location, this spot is great! Attitude from the staff is always A1 and order is never wrong. My receipt says Tammie was my cashier— unsure if it was him who served me this morning, regardless all morning staff was amazing today.

Who was the private equity person who thought it was a good idea to have a cheesy southern-sounding lady do a voiceover in the drive through, making you think you’re talking to an old southern lady, only for an actual human to speak up in a completely different accent right after? This location is in a predominantly Latino area … Not sure why we’re trying to whitewash this Whataburger in the most confusing way possible. Service is great here. Whataburger’s a South Texas business. Why were we pretending this is Cracker Barrel?

The worst food ever,my friend bought me 3pc chicken tender meal and I bit into one tender and it was straight up raw,not cooked at all,like they were in a hurry to get the meal out and not check it at all. I didn’t even eat the whole meal,got sick when I bit into that piece and it was not how I thought it was and I looked at the rest of the tender to see that it was raw and that ruined my whole hunger.
