This is the best Cicis Pizza I have ever visited in my 34 years on earth. Shawn is an amazing manager at this location. I called by phone before visiting and the customer service both in person and by phone were the exact same! I walked in and genuinely felt welcomed. Each encounter I seen him in after me was personable! Makes you appreciate spending your funds here. I live on the other side of town but I appreciate this location, thank you Shawn for your amazing service. You’re a great asset to this location and to the Cicis Pizza brand. I can see in your actions why you’re a manager here!

This was my first time at a cicis pizza and it was a great first experience. The place was super clean and although there was a rush of people after we came in the place was maintained clean and the food was kept fresh and hot. The manager Angelo was great. He was polite and kind, he explained how the whole thing worked and was just welcoming. The pizza itself was very good. I was not fond of the dessert but I will definitely be coming back

I came to us in 2008 and since then this been the best cicis. I haven’t been here in like 5 years and today I was cutting my hair and came to try to see and everything was perfect everybody is friendly the pizza is fresh and the salad bar special. The manager personally asked me if everything was ok he is very friendly me and my family came at 8 pm today and they been taking cares of us also they always have someone at the front checking that everything is organized and clean I love this place and me and my family are going to be coming more often THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF. This is by far the best CiCi’s in the Katy area! The management and staff are super attentive and very kind. My daughter only eats cheese pizza, but there was none ready when we arrived. The manager personally delivered 3 slices to our table when it was ready. Not to mention this is the cleanest Cici’s I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never seen a more hospitable team! My family and friends will come to this location from now on.

Pizza was incredibly delicious, fresh out of the oven, Shawn (owner) went out of his way to make my pizza bbq chicken. Overall place is clean great customer service which we don’t get that too often anymore. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend. God bless!

Sean and his crew were awesome. They made some great pizzas and humored us and our 3 year old for an impromptu birthday. We saw them all being professional and they all seemed to be enjoying working there.

I’ve been to several locations and this one is worth coming back. Management is so helpful and kind. The gentleman today helped me get a highchair for my toddler and brought it to my table for me. Didn’t miss greeting a single guest. Very attentive and ensuring guests are getting what they want on the buffet. I’m sure this coupon is killing yall but I’m so appreciative of the kindness.

This was our first time visiting this location, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was excellent. We were greeted immediately, and Angelo provided outstanding service. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, even during a busy time, and everyone maintained a positive attitude.
We were very impressed with the variety of pizza options available, as well as how quickly fresh, hot pizza was served. The arcade was a great addition, and our kids had a wonderful time.
