We ordered the Cali burrito, elote Hot Cheeto corn, birria tacos, and the birria ramen and everything was absolutely delicious. Every single item was packed with flavor and tasted fresh and well made.
The birria especially stood out so rich, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food.
This place truly deserves a dine-in restaurant because the food is that good. We’ll definitely be back!

The customer service was awesome from start to finish and even in between! I must point out and highlight Angel and Gio for their amazing approach to what I wanted and what was and wasn’t available at the time. Angel was attentive and informed me of the different meats and was also kind enough to give me some recommendations, I never felt rushed which is a big plus for me. Gio also let me know that I would be taken care of and I was percent! The area is located in a nice unpaved section with seating and enough space to tailgate for and enjoy the scenery and chill vibes. Will be going back for mas! ️ God bless you all!

Taco Suave deserves 5 stars just based on the fact that my pregnant wife ate here six times in one day. I’m not exaggerating either — breakfast tacos, lunch tacos, snack tacos, more tacos… you get the idea. Every time we came back the food was just as good as the first time. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly good enough to satisfy some serious pregnancy cravings.
The staff were awesome too. By the end of the day they were basically family because they saw us so much. If a place can keep a pregnant woman happy all day, that tells you everything you need to know.
Safe to say Taco Suave has officially become our go-to taco spot.

I was visiting from South Texas and was craving some decent tacos, since I was going through taco withdrawals. Stumbled upon this place and only ordered 3 tacos just to try it out. They were absolutely amazing!! Had the beef fajitas that were perfectly seasoned and juicy and tender. Was really surprised to find great tacos in Waxahachie. Been there several times more and order at least a dozen each time (not just for myself). This is a must try for some good ‘ol street tacos. Ribeye taco is also a killer!!!

LOVED this place! I met the owner and his son, and they were both so kind, friendly, and welcoming—it honestly made the experience even better. The tacos were AMAZING and the prices were very reasonable.
I asked for red sauce and was told they only had green… and let me tell you, that green sauce is next level! It was so good that a woman pulled up just to buy the sauce by itself—that says everything!

I have tried Taco Suave a few times over the past 5 years, but Gio and Eddie and their upgraded menu items are the reason I started coming back! Top-notch service in every sense of the word. The attention to detail here really stands out, from the cleanliness, and professionalism to the personable, charismatic staff who genuinely care about your experience. If something runs out, they’re always the first to let you know, and they’ll even tell you exactly when it’ll be back on the menu so you can come back and try it. That level of transparency and communication is rare and appreciated.
Wait times are fast, the food is a noticeable upgrade in both flavor and freshness, and everything is consistently prepared with care. You can tell quality is a priority. They remember their customers, and care about meeting standards and pleasing you! Which is really neat, I don’t ever feel like I’m bugging them when I’m asking questions, or simply ordering, and it makes me feel good to spend my money here. Comparatively Wingstop, and a few other places around here always have rude employees, who frequently get my order wrong, and make it a pain to even deal with. They’re happy to do their job, and have you as their customer. On top of that, they partner with DoorDash without adding extra surcharges, which shows respect for their customers whether you’re getting it yourself or ordering out. The girl was very nice at the window. Not too crazy of the portion of rice and beans they gave. And I got the bottom scraping of the rice pot. so that means that there were a lot of hard burnt pieces of rice. I had maybe two tablespoon servings of beans and same with rice. Limes were dry as hell. Meat had no flavor and was dry as hell. Maybe it was a bad night but, I’ll gladly go somewhere else. And I left a little tip.
