Got my food in the drive thru, I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal, 2 chicken wraps and fries. After getting home I realize I didn’t get the nuggets, but I got the sauce I wanted with the nuggets. It’s just disappointing because the nuggets were for my significant other and I paid for something I didn’t get

You all have a 3.9 rating and I see why. I ordered a chicken nugget meal WITH bbq sauce and of course it wasn’t in my bag I had to stay put in the drive thru and assess my bag and check for condiments and then asked again. I got ONE bbq sauce for 10 nuggets!! Not a salt or ketchup packet in my bag!! Who wants OLD, DRY FOOD??? NOT ME! Next time I’ll just eat communion crackers for dinner!! The gentleman taking my order was so busy saying “what else” after everything I ordered that the person who bagged my order was so busy trying to be the quickest that she lacked effectiveness and efficiency. Just quick and wrong!!!! Everybody needs to take a break, change that grease and START OVER!!!!!

horrible, whoever was the manager working at 12pm today 1/28/26 needs to be fired. went drive thru and ordered and got my order wrong. told her it was wrong and she rolls her eyes, and whoever else was on fry station or grill needs to be putting timers on your station. serving dried meat and cold fries. Even the customers inside were complaining about getting served dried hard meat. Have LouAnn and Stan run this joint, I kid you not this place will be running way better than what it was today.

I was really impressed by this Wendy’s. It was modern and the service was excellent.
It looked like a really well run place with a good team environment. Even when there was a bit of tension with one customers order, I noticed that the manager or team leader handled it very well.
We were looking for a quick meal and this place was a nice surprise.

They didn’t give me a receipt, so I can’t fill out their questionnaire for service at this location to link it to my account. I have breakfast as Wendy’s fairly often.
I stopped at this location after early morning shopping with my daughter. The woman taking our order in the drive-through was rude. I should have driven off right there, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake.
I ordered the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant Combo. II’ve had it at other locations and it’s usually really good, especially when they keep in mind that the customer is paying $13 for a breakfast combo. I thought I’d treat myself.
What I received was a dried out chicken patty with two tiny pieces of bacon and no honey butter. A side of cold potato wedges to go with it. I paid $14 for that, and no receipt to get points or to provide feedback. That’s the last time they get any of my money.
Wendy’s, get your house in order. Someone from the regional corporate should check on this location. As you can tell, I’m livid.

My son got food poisoning from here on February 7th, 2026. Please do not eat here.
This Wendy’s used to be great but it’s horrible now. He ate the son of baconator for reference. Again, don’t wish food poisoning on anyone… do not go here.

We love going to Wendy’s and love the value of their biggie bag. Unfortunately we tried to go tonight and were surprised that they had their doors locked. No note or explanation on the door. But we saw employees in the restaurant and all the lights were on????
