Our order was missing 2 out of 12 items and we went back to ask if there was another bag and was informed they already put it in the bag. We waited for 30 minutes and no one was on the counter side of the line. We could see our burnt food sitting there
Finally I spoke up and asked if I need to reorder to get someone to do something, and the girl at the drive thru window came over to help us.
The person at the register was MIA.
When they finally made the 2 items, after we left and opened the items they were burnt, like the one on the counter. No wonder they did give it to us the first time.
The guy who finally made it had a real bad attitude.
As you can see in the picture, our first item is still on the counter burnt

Uhm, I’ve ordered DoorDash a couple of times and it has always been forever every single time I order, doesn’t matter which one it is they just take forever with the DoorDash, I constantly have dashers switching because it takes forever for them to get the food done and out so the dasher can be on there way. Please do better.

Spend $50 on food. And this was the quality. Had to pull the paper off the quesadillas, and nothing on the tocos. I get it, if you don’t like the job. Further your education and pursue different alternatives!!

Every single time I order Extra Sour Cream there fail to put it on there, and I pay for it it adds the charge to my order and they don’t put it on there how hard is it to put sour cream on the food when you specifically ask for it 0/5 garbage. You could easily put it in small condiment cups and refuse to. Worst Taco Bell in cullman do not go.

Paid 20 dollars for a meal only to find this in the nacho cheese manager didn’t even offer a refund she said she could replace the cheese NO THANK YOU also said she didn’t have nobody with black hair on her shift.

This Taco Bell is a recent rebuild. The restaurant is fine however there is no menu board to order from. You have to place your order through a kiosk. I am sorry but I understand I am not getting table service but at least let me order through a real person. I needed five gift cards. Yes a very nice fellow did help me with that and it was much appreciated.

Honestly, worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food was burnt and the manager was the only person there that seem like they could count to five. Acting your wage still requires you to do the bare minimum and the workers either couldn’t or wouldn’t even do that.

* Just for the record, this review could hardly do the photo of what my food looked like justice, but I’ll do my best. The guy at the drive-through is normally quite nice and personable, but he seemed pretty irritated tonight. If I had to guess, I would imagine it’s because of the rest of the employees not doing their jobs, because my Mexican pizza was a obliterated when I opened it. I’m not sure if it just got crushed and smashed all in the box, or if it got dropped on the floor and picked back up and put into it. It took us an hour to figure out which quesadilla with steak or chicken, because each one only had about two pieces of meat in the entire thing.Also there was garbage all over the ground outside of the drive-through window. Service is normally really good here, but you guys screwed the pooch tonight; I’m disappointed… however my dog Will not be.

The food was fine, the guy with the blue hair was extremely rude and seemed miserable while doing his job. When I had to come back through to get sauces (he didn’t ask the first time) he rolled his eyes, took a handful and slammed them into my hand, dropping some of them out the window.
