I pulled into the drive-thru 30 minutes before the posted closing time and was completely ignored until the store officially closed. At first, I assumed the staff was busy—but it quickly became clear they were simply waiting out the clock.

What made this especially frustrating was being treated as if we didn’t matter at all. From the video I recorded, there were about seven cars waiting behind me, all being ignored by a full team of employees. The bare minimum would have been to communicate that the store had decided to close early instead of leaving customers sitting there.

If a location is going to close earlier than its posted hours, those hours need to be updated. Many people drive out of their way expecting service based on that information. Being ignored without explanation is disrespectful and unnecessary.

Posting accurate store hours and communicating with customers would prevent situations like this. Hopefully this review reaches someone who actually cares—because customers shouldn’t have to leave dozens of reviews just to be acknowledged.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the drive-through tonight while picking up an Uber order. The employee working the window was rude and impatient while I was trying to provide the customer’s information. The order did not list a last name, only a first name and a code, yet instead of assisting or clarifying, the employee repeatedly told me to “hurry up” and spoke to me disrespectfully.

Customer service requires patience and professionalism, especially when there is confusion caused by the system itself. Being treated this way was unacceptable. This interaction occurred at approximately 11:30 PM on December 17, 2025. The individual working the drive-through window showed a complete lack of customer service skills, and this behavior should be addressed.

Came through the drivethru on NYE and it was the longest drivethru line I’ve ever sat in. Sadly I was forced to bc I was on delivery – wasted my time and the customer’s time. Sat in the drivethru for almost an hr waiting on someone else’s food bc the workers here can’t get it together. Wild. And somehow these kids want more money?!

Came here to pick up 2 door dash orders, waited close to 30 minutes before we got the order while others were coming and going. Got one of the orders and the guy came back n took it and gave it to another driver that wasn’t theirs. By the time we got both orders only half of it was right. We were given a wrong order which took another 15 minutes to get the right order. They barely understood let alone spoke English. If you’re going to work, make sure you can clearly speak or understand English. There’s too many orders that come and go but at least get the orders right.

I also had to call the store to get the correct order.

Absolutely disgusting. The fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. McDonald’s is supposed to be known for fresh, hot fries, but what I got was nasty and inedible. If you can’t even serve fries the right way, why even bother? Total disappointment.

This McDonald’s is going downhill fast. The workers are lazy, rude, and clearly don’t care. No wonder this place sucks, when the staff can’t even do the basics right, it ruins the entire experience. Cold food, bad service, and zero effort. Pathetic.

Dropped off the food at home and my husband called to tell me that we were shorted two items. Went back to the store and the person who packed the bag argued with me and refused to give me my receipt back. I would NEVER try to get something that I didn’t pay for and the woman couldn’t have handled the situation worse. She had me in tears and did offer to remake the two missing items after I asked for my receipt back but she refused to give it back to me and I decided it wasn’t worth standing in there another minute. Not the first time they didn’t get my order right and I’ve never once complained. Will never be back.

The Mexican manager tried to refuse giving me my DoorDash order then told me I would no longer be coming back for DoorDash orders there because out of nowhere they have their store is closed automated message at their drive-through Before before being closed then she proceeds to try to refuse to give me my bag for my order and cusses me out in Spanish. This is highly unacceptable and she should be reprimanded for this. I don’t know any member of management or any employee in the service industry that should be allowed to act in such manner. If she hates her job that bad maybe she should go find a new job

They were so rude!! The guy at the payment window was nice but the lady at the next window was kinda rude. I tried to get her attention while I was still at the window to try to get my sweet-and-sour sauce that I had not received in my bag. She told me it was at the bottom of my bag. I said OK thank you and she just ignored me and gave me a dirty look. I had checked my bag and then went inside of the store to get my sauce. The guy at the counter tried to get into a whole argument with me over it. I’m not about to get into an argument with somebody over some dang sauce. So, I went out to my car and I got my bag, my receipt and my phone to show him that I did not get my sauce that I had already paid for because I paid for extra and it wasn’t till then that he gave me my sauce And started talking about me to the lady at the window, and they weren’t quiet about it. The fries were also cold. I don’t know what they got going on but they needa fix it
