Went here to order food tonight and felt like leaving a review was necessary. The construction outside of this building is already a pain in the you know what from the city, but there’s this guy in the night staff that needs to cool his jets with how he handles people. It wasn’t Jon, but the other guy working with him at the counter. Name starts with M I think, but whatever. It’s usually a convenient location right off the highway, but I’m about to not come back because nobody wants drama with their food.

I had order a Sandro and I got home and seen that they only put 4 single fries. I tried to call multiple to see if I could come down and remake it or even add fries to it( I also added the first time I wanted extra fries) after people declining and not answering than someone picked up told them I wasn’t happy with it than presented to hang up on me ( Brandon) than I had to get out of my house again to continue to make my order right, he declined to even look at the food, refused to even make it any better told me to leave. He was very rude not helpful. I don’t mean to be rude at that point but hanging up than refusing to answer any or help while I’m driving out of my way is disrespectful and I will get frustrated by the time I go through all this. I understand it gets busy but declining and acting like youre not a manger than ignoring a customer (Brandon at nights). I would have liked if he helped I called but being disrespectful and hanging up is not a good crew that should have. The picture doesn’t show but only 4 fries . I paid 11 for a chicken dog sadly
