Got a response from Jason’s Deli to call and ask to speak with them. I spoke with Hector on the phone and he asked me to come by and let’s get this right with my order from yesterday.
I was in Spring and came down 45 & headed to them. Got here and was THOUGHLY IMPRESSED. The young lady who took my order was there again and my order was 100% RIGHT.
Hector & Mark & staff took care of me and now I’m a keep coming here when I’m in Houston.
Note to self for next time. Ask for extra lettuce & onions & bacon.
Now I’m FULL & bout to head to Massachusetts.
Appreciate Jason’s Deli & staff!!! Another satisfied customer.

I just left there feeling a little down. I specifically asked for roast beef & bacon with lettuce, onions and tomato and spicy mustard.
Yea I got everything I asked for except the Roast Beef. I got Turkey instead. Now I eat turkey, but that’s not what I asked for.
The young lady who took care of me went over my order twice. So I know it wasn’t her who messed up. It was actually the lady making it because I watched her make it.
I also don’t understand when I ask for lettuce I only get one leaf like I’m 5 years old or something. I’m an OTR Trucker & I had this exact same experience when I was in “Tuscaloo” Bama.
Also I asked for bacon and I only got like 1 crumbled up piece of bacon.
This is not how I envisioned my sandwich looking when I got back to my truck to eat.
This experience happened to me now twice in a few months. 1 piece if lettuce and crumbled up bacon is just unacceptable in my eyes. Especially for the $12.00+ price tag.
I’d at least think I’d get what I actually ordered with enough lettuce and some more bacon.
All in all I ate the sandwich cause I was hungry, but I might have to put Jason’s Deli on the back burner for awile.

Tasty and satisfying — just what I was craving!
The Chicken Alfredo pasta at Jason’s Deli was creamy, flavorful, and had a generous portion of tender chicken. The sauce was rich without being too heavy, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. It hit the spot and made for a very enjoyable meal. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I wished there was a bit more seasoning to make the flavors pop even more. Still, great comfort food and I’d definitely order it again!

The jason deli on 45 and cypresswood they have a kids eat free on Tuesday we made it a routine to go. Came to this location and the cashier looked at me like i was crazy for asking. Didn’t bother asking if it was valid here. Love the food but wont be coming back to this location. Also very little chicken on the potato.

I asked for small plate to get few banana peppers from bar. And “manager” I believe Estrella told me that was extra charge. Years coming to this location and first time someone make me feel uncomfortable for 2 peppers . She even follow me all the way to my table to tell me that I was going to get charge

I tried the Chipotle Chicken & Avocado Panini at Jason’s Deli, and it was excellent. The flavors were fresh, the chicken was tender, and the chipotle sauce had the perfect amount of spice. The avocado made it even more delicious and balanced. Overall, a very satisfying and tasty panini—I’ll definitely get it again!

I went to the Location at Deerbrook in Houston, I ordered a potato. I ordered a Mexicano potato . Sat and wait for a minute then went outside , upon coming back in to check and see if my order was ready. I see this lady bring an order back in and telling them it wasn’t her order the bag was tore . So I’m thinking it’s mine so I sit and wait to see if it was mine . The Caucasian employee at the register asked did I have a plain Jane potato and I’m like no … the bag the lady gave him is behind him on the counter by the lady prepping the food … so I tell him what I had he tells me it has to b remade … so I sit there for a second to see if he is about to give me the order the lady just brought back in . He sees me watching I get a phone call and had to go outside only to come right bk in and all of a sudden my order is ready when the first order took at least 10 minutes . I grab the bag from him get in the car and it’s the same bag the lady tore open . The fact that he gave it to me with such confidence really boiled my skin . In the world we are living in today and it being food he should have thru the entire order away and remade it instead of being lazy . This was not sanitary or professional y’all do not I repeat do not visit this location they are very careless with food handling

Lucky for this store it was! I ordered a salad to go but customized it and everything I asked for was there !! They didn’t miss an item/topping.

We stopped in for lunch. This place runs like a well oiled machine. The service at the counter was attentive and courteous, the food arrived within a reasonable amount of time, the staff were capably processing a large number of lunch patrons, and the place was clean. We’ll be back.

The cashier was very her name was Crystal ,she was very pleasant professional & helpful and very honest as well, I had soup & salad instant of crackers I had ginger bread I really enjoy the gumbo , the young lady who restock the bar ,her name is Patricia very helpful as well very professional pleasant I really enjoy the Olive garden salad bar but Jason’s Deli much more better ❤️ I usually eat over 10 times a month at their salad bar but I’m in with Jason’s Deli, the restroom are very clean at this location as well
