02/25/26 – Morning Shift
Thank you to Beatriz for being so kind. There’s a been a recent passing in my family and I wanted to get my mother-in-law a drink to help boost her energy/emotions. (She loves Starbucks Matcha but never wants to be an inconvenience so we Always share) but this morning I went to go get one for herself. They made her a great drink. I had the pleasure of chatting with Beatriz who was so heart-felt & compassionate . Thank you, Beatriz for being so kind and patient this morning (she’s great at her job!) & the team for good service. I will definitely continue to do business here.

This was my second bad experience with this store. First time, the lid wasn’t fastened onto my drink resulting in me burning myself. I thought that maybe someone just having an “off” day and that I shouldn’t sign this location off based on it. Fast forward to today and I do a pickup order. White chocolate was what I ordered and that’s not what I got. I call to tell them what happened and figured they could amend the mistake when I had time to come back. The girl on the phone basically argued with me about what I got. The pictures clearly show a dark drink which white mocha is not and it wasn’t even filled. I will never go to this location again!!! People work hard for their money and I will carefully decide where mine is spent as it will definitely not be here. Perhaps they’ll treat the next customer better and believe them when they state the overpriced drink they got was incorrect.

The other morning I stopped by this location for my usual venti caramel frape with two extra shots, but they forgot the shots and the visit felt rushed as usual. I came back later that night after a horrible day at work and had the BEST experience! The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to help me properly. They even gave me a cookie! I don’t remember the names of the other two girls, but I do remember Dacks—they were amazing!

Just wondering why the doors are locked @ 5:30pm & I’m told I have to wait in the drive thru line for my pick up order? No heads up or signs? I order ahead because I DO NOT want to wait in line! This is why I go to Dutch or Dunkin now. Starbucks is just not worth the agitation any more!!

Every other morning I stop at this coffee shop and my experiences are mostly great! Coffee is always fresh and the baristas are always full of energy and great you as soon as you get in the store. Mostly everyday works only girls and they are fantastic. The only issue was that I went to the bathroom and they threw away my water thinking that I left . Thank you guys for having so much energy and making my mornings easier to start!
