Met my daughter here for lunch. My 1st time dining at this chain. I was disappointed that my burger was not hot and juicy. The fries were really hot and fresh. My daughter got the chicken parm. Our waitress was very good, and she was super busy. I would eat here again.

99 is such a great restaurant. Brooke has worked there for years and she’s absolutely awesome. Anytime you go they have deliciously cold beer, you can’t go wrong with anything they cook. The sirloin tips with mashed potatoes are incredible get some of their homemade gravy as well. The fajita flatbread pizza is spicy enough and delicious.

So sad to see 99 go down in quality so quickly. I thought they were the last remaining chain restaurant with dignity and standards. When you start using fake smoke flavor on your meat, that is where I draw the line, quality of beef tips is horrible. Bones in my salmon. Such a sad thing

Food is horrible staff is rude waited 45 minutes for dog food. The Spanish girl with glasses greeting customers is rude unapproachable as well as uncleanly my wife caught her picking her nose I believe her name tag said jas I couldn’t make out the rest. Disgusting won’t be returning.

Stopped in on a Thursday around 4pm. No wait for table in dining room, we were sat immediately. Server was friendly and professional. Menus and popcorn dropped off and drink order taken. Decided on Vermont Cheddar Burger cooked medium as per server recommendation because of the maple mayo and caramelized onions. Cousin said burger was nothing special and she could hardly taste the maple mayo. She was not impressed with this tasteless (not hot, barely warm) specialty burger. I ordered shrimp stuffed with tasteless (saltine?) crackers. The Shrimp was overcooked. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were underwhelming and cold. By the time our server came back to check on our meals, my cousin had picked over her burger and was done eating what she wanted and I had eaten my shrimp. We told her about the cold temperature of our food and she offered to bring out more broccoli, which I didn’t want. This is our 2nd time dining at a 99 Restaurant location in a year. We were not happy with our food from the Aviation Mall restaurant from 10 months ago or the Route 50 Saratoga location last week. We will not be going back to any 99 Restaurant locations in the future. Prices have increased for basic food items, the menu needs to be revamped, and they need to bring back certain meals at a specially priced section of their menu! What happened to all of the $9.99 priced meals??!… Bring them Back!! Give us more options at a reasonable price!!

We were there 2/13 for dinner to beat the Valentine’s day crowd. Our sever (Angel?) was very nice and attentive. My drink was good (floral bloom cocktail) but I wish it was a bit stronger. I ordered the French onion soup which was very cheesy and it had TWO croutons! My dinner was the Vermont cheddar burger, cooked as ordered. All in all a nice meal.
