My husband has been dying to try Dairy Queen cuz he loves ice cream. I got the peanut butter sundae because I’m a savory girl and didn’t want something overly sweet. Let me tell you!!! This was absolutely amazingly, shockingly tasty! Much better than I was expecting and I have been craving it ever since! I don’t normally even think about eating ice cream but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this. The peanut butter was slightly salty so it was a perfect balance of salty- sweet! I got the small and that was the perfect amount of ice cream for me. We got the regular order of cheese curds to split. The order was a little smaller than I expected but they were good! They had thinner breading than some cheese curds I’ve had and they were just a little greasy but not too bad. I would get them again. They didn’t need any dipping sauce. I would say they are similar to A&W’s cheese curds if you’ve ever had those. We will definitely be coming back to try other stuff, like the cherry dipped cone! I thought that was removed from the menu so I was happy to see they still have it!

For all the bad reviews on Dairy Queens every where. I remember going in the good ole days! We always loved it.
This location is the only one I have been to in over 20 years.
It was actually quite good. Food was hot and fresh. Quite tasty.
Ice cream, awesome!
I’m very pleased it was a good experience. It’s the last fastfood and ice cream my wife and I will ever have!! ❣️
REST IN PEACE ANGIE!

A Dairy Queen Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Dairy Queen in Tulsa, OK, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever endured.

Let’s start with the bathroom situation. My wife bravely ventured in to freshen up, only to come sprinting back out in horror. The restroom was an absolute nightmare. We’re talking unfinished toilets and a level of filth that could make even the most seasoned diner gag. It was beyond unacceptable and made it clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this establishment.

But it got worse! As I waited to order our two banana split Blizzards, I had high hopes for a sweet treat to salvage the day. After an agonizing 15-minute wait, an employee returned to inform me that they were out of bananas. Really?! How can a place that prides itself on ice cream treats not keep bananas in stock? It’s one of their signature items! This is literally like going to a bakery and them telling you they’re out of flour. The incompetence is mind-boggling.

In a nutshell, between the unsanitary bathroom and the total lack of essential ingredients, this Dairy Queen has managed to fall flat on every front. If you’re looking for a place to satisfy your sweet tooth, I highly recommend steering clear of this location. Save your time and money for an establishment that actually cares about its customers and maintains basic cleanliness and stock levels. What a colossal disappointment!

I have not been able to make it to any Dairy Queen since 2019, so I was pretty excited that I was finally able to get to go back to one. I was definitely not disappointed! The food was AMAZING! I have never had such delicious onion rings! Everything was hot and fresh, and it took only around 10 minutes to get the food. Considering how hot and delicious it was, I consider this very reasonable. The only issue was that they accidentally charged me for an extra meal. The lady working the register said the manager could take it off, but he was cooking at the moment, but as I was leaving, they got the refund issued. I’m definitely looking forward to returning in the future!

I came here to try the carmel craze blizzard that I heard good things about. The employee at the speaker did not inform me that they would be putting SALT in my blizzard. I have have high cholesterol and have to be extremely careful with my salt intake. I was not able to enjoy my whole blizzard because of this. Y’all should really rename that blizzard to tell people that there is salt in it…

They didn’t give us our drinks, the fries were only half full (or less) in the little container they come in, ordered a chocolate dipped cone, and it wasn’t dipped all the way to the actual cone, so it was melty and messed up my car and clothes even after I wrapped around two (of my own) napkins. Because they didn’t give me any. For 2 meals and 2 dipped co especially it was $38. The bacon on mine was hardly cooked and jiggled. And the bag was so greasy that it fell apart and had it not been for quick reflexes, I’d have dropped the REST of my food. Never comming here again.

Either this place has re recently been built or remodeled. As soon as I walked in I smelled paint. Then I walked by the freezer that usually houses the ice cream cakes, and it was empty. I later overheard that it was broken. The restaurant was eerily empty. It was one o’clock on a Friday. I would think it should have been busier.
We ordered our food and sat down. We sat for more than 10 minutes before the shift manager (I think) came over and explained that the cook did not see our order. He apologized and in another 5 minutes we got our food which was absolutely great! Well worth the wait. It’s a good thing we were not in a hurry. Then we ordered some ice cream. Which was also good.
However, we were never offered any discount or coupons for future purchases since we had to wait so long for our food. If I were manager, I would definitely have done just that. It’s just good business.

Quality just keeps going down. It used to be when you ordered extra Oreos in your blizzard you would get it. Now, they just charge you for it and give you vanilla ice cream with a spec of Oreos.

I give it a solid 5, only get a 4 on the service because they were over worked. I have nothing negative to say about the workers, as they were clearly trying to keep up but were either short staffed or new. In fact, there were two clearly unpleasant men who were berating the poor girl trying to help. Completely uncalled for. That being said, the crew people didn’t lash out or argue, but rather apologized and attempted to empathize and be apologetic. 5 star for the service, 4 star for the short staffed.

The food was fresh and hot, didn’t take long at all. The Blizzards were awesome and did not fail to impress my 3 rather picky children. The girl even did the classic Blizzard flip. Which was a hit with the kids for sure. We will definitely be back, keep your heads up team Dairy Queen! You did great.
