If I just got the chicken, id rate this place higher. Chicked was delicious. Seasoned great, and it was crispy. No complaints. Loved the honey mustard sauce they have.
I was highly disappointed in the Cheesesteak that I got. It had a lot of meat, but flavor wise it just didnt hit for me. Good service, got my food in a timely manner, and dude was respectable. Id go back, but only for the wings. Was not feeling the cheesesteak.

The food is the best but the services sucks they got kids running the place it was 830pm and I was told by a young lady we don’t take phone orders anymore and then my wife went on feb. 18th and it was 8:38pm and the young man at the window said we have turn off our grills . Both were at the downtown Tacoma, WA locations. Whoever is hiring these kids they need to be taught the grills turn off when your closed and they close at 9pm this is twice I’ve tried to support a local business but because of bad service I probably won’t be returning I’ve spent no less then 60$ every visit and as high as almost a 100$ for two people , paying this kinda money you could atleast train these employees on how to address a customer and you take orders until you are closed at 9pm

I recently visited Go Phillys and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
First, the customer service was extremely poor I would rate it 2 star. When placing my order, I clearly told the gentleman assisting me that I did not want any ice in my drink. However, when I arrived at the window to pick up my order, the employee (a woman with braids) with crocs on ( unprofessional and a safety hazard) informed me that it was store policy to include ice because it would be a shortage Not only was this policy never mentioned when I initially ordered, but despite stating it would only be “a little ice,” my drink was filled with a significant amount.
When I questioned the inconsistency, the window was closed while I was still speaking. I rang the doorbell since I was still waiting at the window, and I was told to “hold on” in a dismissive manner. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional.
Additionally, the drink itself was messy, with liquid spilled along the sides of the cup. The Philly sandwich was also disappointing it was soggy and poorly prepared.
Overall, the experience did not meet basic customer service or food quality expectations. I will not be returning.

Really good cheesestakes and fries. We waited a long while for our order but was worth it. The garlic fries are a little less than stellar fresh garlic would be needed for them to be called garlic fries.

The prices are not the same that’s posted online. $45 for two sandwiches and a fry.
The order took about 20 minutes to receive, a little long for no customers.
First bite, instant “no” on all three items. It was lightly seasoned (hardly any flavor), beyond messy, and the foil wrap fell apart by the time you opened it fully. While waiting another customer arrived and got into an argument with the clerk, which looked really bad.
Super bummed to be out of $45 and another spot that wasn’t worth it.

Pretty good. I got the cat fish po boy. My wife got the chicken strips. We got the hush puppies. My po boy was delicious. The fries are below average. My wife loved the chicken strips but the fries were soggy. The hush puppies were pretty good. Make sure you check your order because I had to go back to the window and get the right order, then somehow I ended up with an extra sandwich.

The Philly cheesesteaks were flavorful and juicy, just like you’d want — packed with good quality meat and melted cheese in a soft hoagie roll. The wings were crispy and well-seasoned too. So I DoorDashed this order. Rating is on food quality only. Craving a Philly Cheesesteak and my normal go to spot was closed. I was pleasantly surprised with this location. Texture and flavor of meat were good. Bread was hard to tell because of DoorDash (juices soaked into bread) but I imagine fresh would have been delightful. Delivery rating 4 star…enough to motivate me go to the location and try it out and see how customer service is. I will updated after I physically visit this location.
