I’ve ordered from here multiple times. I always use the app then pickup.
My bowls are typically accurate and taste good. Usually chicken but I try others if there is a deal. No complaints to speak of.
Reading recent reviews and hasn’t been my experience, but each day can be different based on who is working.
I’d give 4.5 stars if I could but I’ll go with 5.

Ordered online and didn’t get what I ordered at all. I ordered Double chicken, white rice, black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, guac and cheese on my bowl, didn’t get any cheese, no guac… instead they put lettuce and barely any chicken.. it was less then the usual one serving yet alone a double. Hardly any corn salsa or fajitas.. 90% rice and beans. My girlfriends bowl was also wrong as she ordered Carnitas, white rice cheese and sour cream and got beef barbacoa instead.

The guy with the mask give the smallest portions ever like it’s coming from his check. Like half scoops of chicken barley any rice and my other sides. I got a burrito and it is the smallest burrito i’ve ever gotten. Also this isn’t just the first time this person with the mask has gave me a very small portion of food. very disappointed!!

There is an older hispanic man that works here and every time he’s running the taco bar our tacos are the BEST. I could order the exact same thing from another employee and they are fine, but when it’s this guy, they are far and away better. I don’t know what it is! He has the magic touch. And he always loads me up with cheese when I ask for extra while other employees tend to skimp a bit. This man needs a raise.
Also, this particular location is also quick and has my online orders ready in time. I moved closer to this one after previously living near the Chipotle on E. Colonial and that one was a nightmare every time. 45+ minutes late on every online order, line out the door always. By comparison, the Oviedo location is relaxing and pleasant!

Been coming to Chipotle since I worked there in 1999. Just moved to Florida and the chips have been flavorless and undercooked on numerous occasions across the area.
Today, I was told that I could not buy small tortillas. Only large ones. I have been purchasing small ones for over 25 years. Once they started charging for tortilla I have paid every time. In some instances for 4 tortillas even though I have always gotten the small ones.
This is ridiculous for a company already having service and portion issues. Not to mention the stock tanking. Maybe the idiots that are in charge find out what the consumer wants before pushing us out the door.

To start off with the guy makes eye contact with me with his gloves full of guacamole all over them and proceeds to wipe it off with a napkin instead of changing the gloves.. Makes me wonder
The chicken tasted worse than it ever has, cold and hard
Also tried to up-charge me for a side of sour cream

Our order was awful that I placed on the app. All 3 bowls looked half eaten and you were very frugal with the portions. This was my sons and wife’s sized bowl once opening. Pathetic for over $25. I would expect something in return for this awful service and you need to give real feedback to your take out team because the portions are pitiful. Also, the food was cold and we ate it right away. You’ve increased prices so much that this is simply unacceptable .

It was a typical visit to Chipotle, nothing out of the ordinary to report. Thankfully, there wasn’t a line when we got there. We were able to get a table over in the corner and have privacy, which was nice. Our chips were stale, as they often are. Other than that, everything was fine.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The girl at the counter was noticeably rude and mumbled when she spoke, making it difficult to understand her. When I asked for fresh guacamole, she responded (barely audible) that it’s made fresh daily—but the guac in the bin was clearly old and brown. Even after mixing it, it didn’t look fresh.
To make matters worse, she seemed annoyed throughout the interaction and tossed my bowl to the cashier with clear attitude. My wife also asked for salad dressing and was completely brushed off. When we got home, there was no dressing in the bag at all.
The overall attitude and customer service from the staff need serious improvement. Basic courtesy and attention to orders go a long way.

This is the second time being served noticeably spoiled guac and paying full price for it: The lady working stated “that’s just how avocados work” but that is not my experience with previous chipotle visits. I did taste it and it tastes rotten. I am not one to complain however I don’t think it’s good to be serving spoiled food.
