While in the Glen Allen area we stopped in for a quick bite before a meeting. They were slightly busy, but not very busy. I used to not prefer causal chain restaurants, but a couple of years ago I tried a local Chili’s and really liked it and found they were making positive changes, so I’ve visited more and they were all great. This one reminded me of why I stopped coming. The service was friendly, but the food quality resembled something that was rushed to be made, though the entrées took too long to come out. The chicken crispers I got were far from crispy or resembling being hand battered, they seemed like they were frozen and heated up to serve. The sauces were nice that came with them, but they were far from being very good or what I hoped for when I ordered them.
Would I return? Probably not to this location, but definitely to the other locations.

The service was great, but the food wasn’t so great. To start the rice was not “Mexican rice” as stated in the menu. It was hard and undercooked. They gave me more rice, but it was more of the same. However, the steak, chicken, and shrimp were pretty tasty.

I just honestly had a taste for a Cookie Sundae. I got fries to balance the desert. & a good drink. Everything is delicious as always!!! Oh and my daughter got a Watermelon Lemonade & loved it. I have not tried it yet. But I will next time.

First time going & I must admit it was surprisingly good. The wait (on valentines) was reasonable & the food was good. I forgot our waitress name but her section is to the right, in the back. she was so helpful & bubbly lol made it an enjoyable experience.

Why this location only have 3 star rating, I don’t know. That does not match with our experience.
Service was good, bartender was attentive, and was able to keep up with her bartop and all the incoming orders for drinks from the whole dining room.
Service was rather slow. Maybe that’s why they only have 3 stars on Yelp. 15ish minutes or more for dessert. The standard is 8-10 minutes.
Our burger (the Bacon Rancher) was delicious. While it wasn’t cooked to order as we would have liked (it was well done instead of the medium we had ordered), it was still very juicy and flavorful. Then we finished with Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie dessert. It too was yummy. It could have used a double scoop of ice cream to better valve the richness of the cookie.

The food was great. We arrived at 9, we were done by 9:40 with what felt like plenty of time to go enjoy our food. The. Burgers were top notch as always. The baked potato soup had so many yummy potatoes and bacon. The enchiladas soup delicious as expected. But the service was so so.
Our waitress seemed unhappy to have 5 people at the table. 5 people who understand we are a bigger group, but we are pretty easy going. Overhead the person making a comment in the back about having to get refills. We did not ask for much. We left a tidy table and were polite. It was a Monday and later than we normally go to a restaurant, but it was well before closing time. We weren’t even the last people to come into the restaurant. That happenrd about 15-20 minutes before 10.

Actively ignored. Waitress sat and talked to a coworker at a table while we were waiting. After 25 minutes, waitress told us “be one minute”, enthusiastically served someone behind us who walked in 15 minutes after us. Got up and left.

My youngest son and I had some bonding time today and got lunch at Chili’s. My burger was fresh and fries were hot. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal and they had every football game we wanted to see on TV lol. The 3 for me special is the perfect meal for something quick and still tastes fresh.

Busy location for the chain, we had about a half hour wait and the restaurant space itself was rather small. That being said, our server was fantastic and had a great attitude. The food was decent, maybe just a tad pricy for what it was.

Okay to start our waitress was very bland the whole experience and treated my friend very badly (cutting her off ROLLING her eyes??) she was only kind to us when it was time to tip and pay also when we ordered our entree the (cheese fries) they were horrible they were greasy and oily and the cheese wasn’t melted also when i was trying to rate my experience she took the electronic bill and selected excellent for MY rating the mashed potatoes with my friends order were absolutely disgusting and had random bits orange coloring in them?? and weren’t even fully mashed my bill came out to 24 but my friend who order the same thing + the fries paid 47 dollars and im assuming the insane amount of money spent was because of those nasty fries. the whole experience was disgraceful and ill never be eating here AGAIN
