Unassuming locale serving Mexican standards such as tacos, quesadillas & chimichangas.

This was a really nice surprise, excellent Mexican food.
I’m from Southern California, so I have plenty of access to Mexican restaurants, and this would compete with the best.
First, the appetizer, Chorqueso, ($5.99), a white cheese dip, flavored with chorizo. Different and really good.
I had the fajita enchiladas with green sauce ($10.99). I’ve never seen a fajita enchilada on a menu before, but they were excellent. Rice and beans were good too.
I thought all the prices were very reasonable. Service was good.
Recommended.

We ate here for the first time today! The service was terrific! Our server had a wonderful smile which made you feel welcome. We judge Mexican food by the salsa it was pretty good could have used some more cilantro lol but I love cilantro. Darrell had the la Fiesta Burrito and ate almost all of it. I had the shrimp chimichanga it was supposed to have had lettuce I asked for no lettuce. The shrimp was very good and large. The crema was wonderful! Their guacamole was very good. It could have used more of that wonderful queso on top of it. Also a suggestion for the chimichanga would be to use less bell peppers add some cheese in it and some of that delicious pico de Gallo in side to give it a little kick. Other than that it was delicious and I will eat it again! Do we recommend La Fiesta yes we do. Want to try their fresh tortillas with butter to dip in the salsa YUMMY!

First time visiting La Fiesta in Ada, and I was genuinely impressed. I ordered the Burrito Gigante, and the name is not an exaggeration — it’s huge. The California-style chicken or beef with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, and pico wrapped in a homemade tortilla, then topped with cheese sauce, came out tasting fresh and well-seasoned. The tortilla alone was worth the trip, and the cheese sauce pulled everything together without being too heavy.
Service was friendly, food came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. For a first visit, it definitely made a great impression. I’d absolutely come back and try more of the menu.

We were out house hunting, and in our meandering, we ended up at La Fiesta. We were seated right away, and our drinks were brought quickly
Hubbs got a burrito, and I got a chimichanga. Both items were ordered off the lunch menu, which is a perfect size portion. Of course, we grazed on the chips and salsa that our server brought to the table while waiting for lunch!
Our lunch was brought out really quickly. And it was piping hot and delicious!!
The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived, but it filled up quickly! I love how it was decorated for the holidays. I look forward to coming back to see how bright and happy it’s decorated.

This place is phenomenal!! We were in Ada looking at a couple of dogs to adopt and decided to stop for lunch and chose La Fiesta. My husband and I loved it!! Great service, excellent food, loved the atmosphere. If we decide to adopt one of the dogs, we will be going back. This place is great!

La Fiesta is easily my favorite Mexican restaurant in Ada. Lately I’ve been enjoying the Fajitas Broccoli and it has been SO good. I also switch off between cheese dip or guacamole Mexicano which are both delicious.

Stopped in before a HS football game 11/14/25. First impressions weren’t very good. Service was lazy. But once we ordered, things seemed to get better.
Food was tasty, (we had the fajita enchiladas) salsa and queso were both good. Service was better as the dinner went on.
If we weren’t 2.5 hours away, we’d stop in again.

We got the tropical fajitas for two, which were not bad. I’d like to see larger pieces of chicken and beef, they were cut very thinly making them kind of tough when cooked other than that they were seasoned well. Very friendly staff and clean restrooms.

I’ve never eaten in the restaurant, I’ve always got the food to go. But their food is AMAZING! Sooo good. My favorite is the fiesta burrito, my husband loves the bandera special. I really recommend this place! Their queso is pretty good too. If you like your salsa a little spicy, you’ll love theirs!

Me and my wife went to lunch at this restaurant. When they brought the chips and salsa I asked for a spicy salsa and asked if it was free and the man stated yes. So he brought me a bowl of spicy salsa. When we got the receipt they charged me for the spicy salsa. We went to check out and I tried to explain to the woman on the cash register and the manager lady that I was told it was free so I asked if they would take it off of the bill. They said no and I said that’s fine I will find another restaurant. The lady at the cash register very rudely said “that’s fine go ahead” so I responded “ok I’m not worried about it” to which the lady at the cash register replied “sounds like your worried about it you won’t stop talking about it” the manager woman also stated that the man bringing the chips didn’t understand English very well and didn’t understand. It’s not my fault that nobody there speaks very good English and can’t comprehend much.
Staff were beyond rude and disrespectful. Will never go back there again!
