I just had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Chad at Noodles & Company. From the moment I walked in, he made the entire experience stand out in the best way possible. His customer service is truly exceptional—warm, genuine, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.
Not only was the service top-tier, but the food was absolutely great as well. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way it should be. It’s clear the team takes time to prepare things right, and Chad made sure everything came out perfectly and that I was satisfied with my order.
Employees like Chad are rare—he brings positive energy, professionalism, and a level of care that really elevates the entire dining experience. He is a fantastic employee, and Noodles & Company is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.

I haven’t been here in about 10 months. Last time I came the portion sizes were fair and I would sometimes even have a little left over. Now this is what $14 for a regular bowl of crispy chicken bacon Alfredo gets you. Seems rather small, and I’m still hungry after it’s all said and done. The food that I did get was good!

This place was amazing!!! Food was delicious but their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were so knowledgeable and helpful with their food options. My friend has Celiac Disease and has to be Gluten Free and they go out of their way to make sure she got food options that were safe for her. They even went in the back and checked to see if she could have a certain soup and came back and let her know she couldn’t as it contained gluten. We were both extremely impressed by their entire staff and to top that off the food was absolutely delicious

Ordered dinner tonight through DoorDash.
The order on the receipt was correct. Staff forgot to put all the orders in the DoorDash bag.
I called and spoke to the manager. First thing out of their mouth is that they were really busy and she did not want to accept responsibility for not having the correct order in the bag.
If you want to be a manager, you must accept full responsibility. Being busy is never, never an excuse.

The zoodles are everything I want and so much more! It’s always fresh and filling. I appreciate the gf options. Do yourself a favor and get the rice crispy. They are huge and taste great!

This was our very first visit to Noodles and Company. We were not disappointed. I had the tortellini, hubs had the spicy beef noodles and we shared the potstickers. Yum yum, everything was delicious. Can wait to return. Great customer service as well. Overall, an A+ rating.

Oodles of noodles and zoodles! First time to a noodles and company for us, we all said we would eat here again so it was a keeper. The five of us each tried something different, they all were fantastic. Service was great and everything seemed clean. We were there during the rush so this place was hopping pretty much the whole time.
