It’s no wonder N&C has been shutting down restaurants nationwide on a steady basis over the last couple of years.
Not only was the service top-tier, but the food was absolutely great as well. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way it should be. It’s clear the team takes time to prepare things right, and Chad made sure everything came out perfectly and that I was satisfied with my order.
Employees like Chad are rare—he brings positive energy, professionalism, and a level of care that really elevates the entire dining experience. He is a fantastic employee, and Noodles & Company is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.
I have been to this location before and I haven’t ever recieved service quite like this. Thank you Chad, for your hard work!
The order on the receipt was correct. Staff forgot to put all the orders in the DoorDash bag.
I called and spoke to the manager. First thing out of their mouth is that they were really busy and she did not want to accept responsibility for not having the correct order in the bag.
If you want to be a manager, you must accept full responsibility. Being busy is never, never an excuse.
*Edit* Came back again today…. 2 months later. Still fantastic!
