The place is really nice, but the customer service needs improvement. We experienced a long wait and had a hard time asking for simple things like napkins. My kids waited just to get two napkins. We understand the importance of not wasting napkins, but it shouldn’t be so difficult to receive basic service. Training staff to be more attentive would make a big difference.

I asked for xtra pickles on the burger AND xtra pickles on the side because I was tired of saying xtra pickles and never getting the xtra pickles so they charged me for xtra pickles and gave me pickle ends!!!! You’re joking right? But I was in the wrong for not “ORDERING XTRA XTRA pickles” got it. Seriously so stupid!

Comparable to other McDonald’s this one is pretty good. Cleaner than others. And they get back to you pretty fast. Even cashier is often there. The space is organized good – you can always find some seat for you and your kids.

I ordered a medium Diet Coke in the drive thru, was told at the window after I paid that they needed to replace it as they were out if it, told me to wait bu the ‘#1’…… to which I sat, in my car, waiting. They never came out with my drink so I went into the restaurant and couldn’t get the time of day from a single one of them! I’ve had horrible service at this McDonald’s and as of this moment, I’m never going back. I left, dirt-coke-less, after 20 min waiting. Just horrible

Don’t go to this location, the workers are always rude, especially in the morning. I ordered a medium coffee, and got handed a small I told the worker I ordered a Medium and she told me “that is a medium” (see picture, clearly not a medium). Respectfully I didn’t argue and just took the smaller one but they’re always like this when they mess up. they gaslight you just so they don’t have to deal with the consequences aka them having to correct their mistakes. I’ve gotten multiple missing items, asking nicely to receive them and there’s always push back. I’m never rude I just want what I rightfully paid for.

When the food is made correctly, it’s good. But more and more, my order has been given to me wrong. For example, I will ask for a mcdouble cheeseburger with no onions and it will be piled with onions. Raw onions make me ill, so I will give the burger to my partner who does eat onions. And I completely understand that fast food is stressful, I did it for a long time in highschool, but it would be nice for employees who make the burgers to be more mindful and read the modifications on the ticket. Being given the incorrectly made food is happening more often at this location and it’s just disappointing.

The new spicy mccrispy was prepared like a mcchicken no spicy sauce no extra pickles even thought i asked for extra pickles. Chicken patty was cold and dry so hard to chew fries were cold and unsalted even though i asked for extra salt on the mcdonalds app. Correction there was no pickles period on my spicy mccrispy.

Who trained the workers on customer service? You’d think the older workers would know better, but Yelling at a calm customer shouldn’t be allowed. On 11/4/24 I went through the drive through past 10pm, got home and my family was gonna eat; My little brother found mold on the bottom bun of his quarterpounder, I called the store at 10:31pm and an older lady with a Hispanic accent picked up. I politely told her that my brother’s burger had mold, she paused and said “ok” and not I’m sorry any sign of customer concern. I calmly said “well I’m just letting you guys know to check the buns so nobody gets sick”. She yells at me “I said ok!!!”…You don’t yell at customers, especially when they are being calm and polite. McDonalds you need to train your workers better.

Just had the displeasure of interacting with Maria (I think she’s a manager…older woman, blond hair). Extraordinarily rude and condescending. Should not be interacting with the public. Poor poor representation of this franchisee.
