Not sure how many Ruby Tuesdays there are left but we found this one. It was mid-afternoon so not very crowded. The salad bar looks very yummy, fresh, and chilled.
I had the Cajun chicken pasta. The serving seemed small, but it was tasty. My husband had the triple Play. He said it was satisfactory.
Our server had only one table but wasn’t super attentive. I was going to order their pumpkin cheesecake for dessert but she brought us the check and rather brusquely asked us cash or card. So we paid the bill and left.

Makala was my server and was AWESOME the whole experience but when she brought my drinks there were floaties in both my long Island iced tea as well as my water cup.
I asked Makayla to send it back and to just change my drink. Her manager came back telling me that she would comp my drink and that what I saw floating was lemon pulp. So, idk about you folks but I don’t like my intelligence to be insulted. That was definitely not lemon pulp. Then I got my food. Potato and steak cooked to perfection. But here are the grill scallops and shrimp.

Was having a family dinner night out, so decided to give Ruby’s a try. Gotta say the salad bar is fresh, also well stocked. The three platters we got was great, except the rice was really salty, also tasted old. Also the t- bone was over salted, instead of having enough spices. Other than that the food, also are waitress was great . Forgot to ask her name, but we never had to ask her for anything! She was very professional. I will be back

Yeah this restaurant is on par with the area. As soon as I walked in and seen who was working there I kind of figured I would get the experience I got. I walked in and the restaurant was about half full. There’s no receptionist. After two minutes receptionist comes up. I tell her I have 5. She’s doesn’t look me in my eyes, doesn’t speak where I can hear (and it was relatively quite). She says and I quote “It’s gone be a minute ” I’m like okay. Well after 25 straight minutes of no one even coming over to check on us, update us, and multiple parties still coming in, We decided to leave. As a food and beverage entrepreneur, I believe service is paramount to success. This type of service seems to be on par with the area if I’m being honest. But it’s pathetic. This store was by far the worse Ruby Tuesday I’ve ever visited. If I were the CEO I wouldn’t want this store associated with my brand.

I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday! My server (I’m going to call her ‘Baby Doll’ because I forgot her name & that was what she called me) was incredibly attentive and friendly—she made sure to inform me of the daily specials right away and promptly brought my water after dropping off the menu. She was both personable and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, she made excellent margaritas!
As for the food, I went with the triple smash burger and tater tots. The burger was tasty, though a bit greasy—but that’s to be expected with a smash burger, so no complaints there. The salad bar was fresh, fully stocked, and definitely one of my favorite parts of dining at Ruby Tuesday.
It’s sad that there aren’t many Ruby Tuesday locations left, but with customer service like this and great deals, I truly hope they stick around. It’s refreshing to have a quality sit-down restaurant option that doesn’t break the bank. Looking forward to my next visit!

Let me start off by saying Eddie the server was knowledgeable, polite and attentive. We were seated right away and our food came out in a timely manner. The salad bar was very fresh. (But the blue cheese dressing was a little off putting). I ordered catfish it was my understanding that the cook was new. The catfish was not fried crispy if the coating was soft it was different. The last thing I didn’t notice upon entering that the carpeting needed to vacuumed badly!!!!!

Please do not waste your time. The only reason I have the atmosphere & service 2 stars was because we were seated very quickly. However, as we sat I watched several people come in, wait, and were never even acknowledged so they left. Our waitress was sweet but that was about it. After we were finally able to tell her we wanted to partake in the open bar, we went & fixed our salads & were done with them well before we got anything to drink. One thing that annoys me so bad is when people blame others. She kept apologizing but always followed with a WELL I DIDN’T COOK THIS OR I DIDN’T MAKE THAT DRINK BECAUSE IF I HAD IT WOULD BE GOOD. And the food…..trash. I’m not even one to complain about food often because I’m a very plain eater but none of our food was good. My husband had ribs which he said were terrible. He requested more sauce from the waitress which he never got. I had the asiago chicken and it was maybe 2 inches wide. The “Mac n cheese” was literally noodles with no taste & even the mashed potatoes were bad. I visit Nashville often & we searched for a Ruby Tuesday because ours closed in Alabama but this was for sure my first and last time at this one.

Arrived and was told 25 mins, then sat and waited about 30. Party of 3 across from us stated they had waited an hour and were forgotten about. The hosts were very friendly and reassuring, tell us about the large parties that came in and set them back. Trying to catch up from those with only 3 servers on staff, I get where their coming from, they’re doing all the can.
We didn’t mind a wait but ended up waiting the time we were told.
The host even came by and apologized again for a wait and offered us both a salad bar on the house, very sweet.
We order the loaded fries and they tasted great, the seasoning/spice was nice.
I got the chicken Mac and cheese and it was alright. I wouldn’t order it again though. The chicken tasted great, just the Mac and cheese part was really thick and heavy making it hard to eat and like.
My dinner guest had a steak and potato, she ended up taking most of the steak home to her dogs. She said it was cooked well, but tasted gritty.
We also shared some sweet potatoe fries that were awesome.
The atmosphere hasn’t changed at all, still the same Ole ruby Tuesday like we remember. Cleanliness could be managed a little better, seemed a tad dusty and sticky in some areas.
Overall the host made the visit worth it and we would come back for a visit another time; especially to grab a salad bar you can never go wrong with that!

Got salad and grilled chicken last night to go. Love the salad bar. This chain used to have more locations so good to find one surviving. My mom used to love Ruby Tuesday before she passed. Brings back good memories when I can eat here.
