I’m pretty bummed out right now. I just picked up Hardee’s on my way into work and it was a total bust at this location. I’m staring at what’s supposed to be a chicken BLT and three chicken tenders, but it’s Trash. First off, the chicken BLT… It’s burnt to a crisp. Seriously, I can’t even bite into it, it’s so rock hard. And the kicker? I asked for extra crispy bacon, and it’s anything but. It’s just limp and sad, definitely not what I was looking for. Then there are these “tenders.” They’re so dry and overcooked they’re practically jerky. And tiny! I’m pretty sure they gave me chicken nuggets instead of tenders. Like, what even is that?
I’m usually pretty chill, but this is just unacceptable. Everything about this order was a disappointment. I won’t be coming back for a while, that’s for sure.

I go to this hardees 3 times a week. We live an hour away and I work 12 hr shifts. When I get off I bring my husband to davenport for his dialysis treatment. I then come to this hardees and get breakfast. Drive thru is fast and the guy that normally works drive thru is great. When I get to the window the guy takes my money. A few seconds later and older African American woman is shoving my food at me. I was just barely able to grab the bag before it fell into my lap. When I told her that was rude her excuse was I was trying to put it in your window. I told her that it was rude to shove food at the customer and she needed to learn customer service skills. She replied that she has excellent customer service and I was having a bad day. The guy was standing right behind her so I was going to ask him for the manager and she just kept talking to me telling me that she was sorry I was having a bad day. I told her to stop talking to me and get the manager and she tells me to drive off. Another employee comes to the window but it’s not the manager. She asks if the worker handed me my food or shove it at me like throwing it. Again I said she shoved it. I didn’t have a good hold of the bag and that the employee was rude. The second girl said she heard the first one and she wasn’t being rude. When you do something wrong and you get caught and the first thing you do is try to put blame on the other person…….. that’s a problem. Again I came here 3 times a week for probably about two years now. I will not go back. Did not have a straw for my drink. Did not have silverware for the biscuit and gravy and only one napkin. Im not sure how she eats…..but I don’t like eating with my hands. She really needs to learn customer service skills or get a job that don’t involve people. I will DEFINETLY not be going back to this location. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location

Got the biggest roast beef…didn’t have enough beef for a regular. Almost all bun. Arby’s from now on. See pic. Used to be really big. Never again. Happen last time also. 2 strikes and done

Went through the drive thru. Person taking my order was in a rush and rude. I was charged $1.50 for 6 honey mustard sauce I never received.

I will never ever order the wraps again…look at the picture it says it all…. plus I used a app for $1.00 per for up to two and still got charged two for $5.00..why bother using the app if they are not applying it for you……I’m done with it….

Starts with great service. The guy taking the order was a great start, super detailed, repeated everything, and ensured it was right, the lady at the window kept up the great service by going out of her way to help. The food was hot and spot on, best Hardee’s I’ve ate at. If it’s always like this I will be back!

When I was handed a card with a QR code to offer up my feedback, I actually postponed my breakfast to get started. Let me tell ya, LeRoy makes my day. The guy is ALWAYS pleasant, engaging with his customers. He’s the kind of guy that you’d be happy to be neighbors with.
It’s not my usual route, but LeRoy makes going out of my way for breakfast worthwhile. He seems humble enough that if you told him what your review was, he’d say, “I’m just doing my job”. No sir, you’re making people have a better morning, regardless of how it started..

Breakfast was good, but went downhill 6+ months ago (May 2021) and I didn’t go there regularly anymore after getting salt dumped on my breakfast. I thought I would give them another try and got a burnt biscuit. They know it’s not something to serve but I still got it. I took a photo and complained. Several e-mails back and forth and I’m promised a gift card. That was over 2 weeks ago. Hardee’s lost a customer. Anything but breakfast and it was often wrong, old, dried out, added condiments when I asked for it plain, old fries, wrong fries. They used to at least have a good breakfast. Now there are a bunch of employees who could care less if you are a customer or if you care about getting a decent piece of food. Hardee’s on Division St in Davenport IA sucks. Their staff doesn’t care about what they serve and corporate (KAITLYN P) makes empty promises.
UPDATE October 7, 2021, Kaitlyn Peterson lied and sent me nothing. But another person in WI called then sent me 2 free meals via mail. I went to use one, asked for no sauce, no lettuce but got both on the sandwich. I also asked fir pickles and received none. I guess the employees they hire at Division St Hardee’s in Davenport cannot read because it’s rare for them to get order correct if it’s not breakfast.
I won’t ever go back to that location and I’m sure they will be just fine with that.
